Very clean. Minor wait time but, was approached by hair dresser and given an estimated time and an apology, which we found very considerate. There are refreshments and comfortable seating. My daughter received a drop dead gorgeous haircut from Blue. I had confessed how I hacked off my daughters bangs and Blue was able to fix them 100%. My daughter and I were also talked out of the particular haircut at other salons in the past. So I was impressed to see Blue take on the cut with out question. Simply nailed it. She's definitely a hair artist. I did watch a few people get their hair done while I was waiting and from what I observed all the hair dressers that day seemed to do really nice work. I'll definitely be returning and would recommend this salon.

I had very long thick hair that passed my bottom. I'm 5'll so my hair was long long. I asked to keep as much of the length as possible but to layer it out and style. She was very kind customer service was no issue but when i tell you she butchered my hair... She BUTCHERED my hair bad. The layers were uneven I had middle layers that were as long as bottom layers. My hair length is at my shoulders now which is what i'm mostly upset about. I honestly felt like she had never done my kinda hair before so i was nervous about getting the hair cut in the first place and she literally made the worst outcome possible. I will not be coming back here again.

During the consultation, I clearly asked for very minimal, natural-looking highlights and specifically said I wanted to avoid excessive blonde because I had spent a long time growing out previously damaged hair. I explained that keeping my hair healthy was a priority. The final result was the opposite of what I requested. My hair ended up orange and red in areas, with multiple uneven tones and very brassy sections. The owner of the salon even assisted in styling my hair at the end of the appointment, which makes it even more surprising that I was allowed to leave with my hair looking the way it did. I contacted the salon owner afterward and sent photos showing what I had asked for compared to the result. Instead of offering to correct the service, I was told the toner must have washed out (I had not washed my hair yet) and that I would need to pay for additional toner to fix the color.

I sent her pictures of the hair difference and receipts of hair with dates they were bought/delivered and the color, receipts of when shampoo was purchased, sent her her own online appt page showing my appts and service to prove This was the first move up. After being told this was my fault, that it was my 3rd use, (false it was mt first move up with this set), then was told it was my shampoo, (been using the same shampoo for 2 yrs, first recommended by another salon), said my hair was dry and damaged, (false, she already complimented me on taking great care of my hair when her and the asst were removing them) being called a bully for calling her out on what happened, I also told her had she told me I could have ran home and grabbed my old hair from before and maybe work with that. She also says I should be happy she didn't charge me for this hair she swapped out without my knowledge at my appt which she denied doing in the first place. Cant charge me for something if you're being deceitful about it. Still Was never offered a refund and/ or replacement of hair, instead was told I should be happy I wasn't charged for her swapping my hair, or using a shampoo to try to wash my tape in extensions that still had oil /glue. as well as be happy she wouldn't charge me if I wanted to add more hair. She always told me she had a 60 day guarantee, if any fell out, if needed to add more, if needed to be cut or moved. I had to order new hair to replace this mess on my head. Very disappointing, disgusted, she usually does great work with my extensions. I would post her msg where she admits she swapped out my hair, except idk what the rules/laws are for that.
