Very clean. Minor wait time but, was approached by hair dresser and given an estimated time and an apology, which we found very considerate. There are refreshments and comfortable seating. My daughter received a drop dead gorgeous haircut from Blue. I had confessed how I hacked off my daughters bangs and Blue was able to fix them 100%. My daughter and I were also talked out of the particular haircut at other salons in the past. So I was impressed to see Blue take on the cut with out question. Simply nailed it. She's definitely a hair artist. I did watch a few people get their hair done while I was waiting and from what I observed all the hair dressers that day seemed to do really nice work. I'll definitely be returning and would recommend this salon.

I do not want her taking care of my hair. There is zero accountability, and I give zero stars! I'd rather go to Walmart for a haircut. The lighting is so poor I thought they might have not paid their light bill. The dirty floors and walls reveal they neglect basic cleanliness and organization. My nephew keeps his room cleaner than this place maintains the visible area. Then has the audacity to cut it short after I said not to cause of my work will only be setting appointments with ulga, Sheila ! More like evil

I liked that I was able to see availability and cost online (major bonus especially since I was browsing before places were open). I booked with Robyn and it was $51. I let her know exactly what I was looking for and she took time up front to ask the right questions. I wanted to keep my length so I appreciated that she started cutting just a little less than I wanted and checked in with me along the way. Once my cut was done, I did let her know I wanted the style a little straighter and she happily helped out to smooth out the curl from the blowout. I really appreciated it, but at the end of the day the goal is to walk out happy and be able to give 5 stars, right? I'm not local but I would recommend or visit again if the opportunity came up. The place was clean, open, bright and comfortable. I was greeted right away and offered a water. I also saw they had coffee and tea as well.

I was originally scheduled with my usual stylist, but the salon called to say she had left and they would be assigning me to someone new. I ended up with Robin, and I was extremely disappointed with the service. I asked for a simple trim, but she cut off at least four inches of my hair. This has been a recurring issue at this salon--stylists seem to leave frequently, and I rarely get the same person twice. After this experience, I no longer feel confident returning.

The request was for undetectable, seamless, low maintenance pops of light To make my overall hair appear to reflect my natural base, which is a level 5/6. It's convenient that when I was asked what my budget was, that was what turned out to be the exact cost of the service plus a $70 haircut. There were also comments made that if I were to have spent more money, there were better odds that I could've achieved the result I was desiring which I found disrespectful. The first image was my hair prior to my appointment. The second image was the inspiration. The rest are what remain after going in for 'touch up.' I think it is blatantly obvious what the issue is far from just a 'tone' discrepancy. The Salon refuses to refund me and it's easy to fathom that I would not be comfortable getting seen for the third time to fix what has been broken. Extremely discouraging when I value the integrity of my hair more than anything else and how multiple individuals are not willing to make it right. I will never recommend this Salon to anyone in this city. I hate when smart people pretend to not see the issue at hand.

As a natural blonde, I found it very difficult to find a local stylist not only comfortable, experienced, but also just all around amazing with all shades of blonde. (and for working with natural blondes, not just coloring dark colors to blondes) Dyeing your hair is a stressful experience, it takes long periods of time, lots of money, and you are stuck with the results - so it's worth during your research to find yourself a stylist who you can trust. Best to find someone who is not only experienced with the colors you want, but also your hair texture, and style. Emily (the owner) aka "Em the Stylist", checks off all of these boxes for me. She is well educated, and always up on ALL the hair trends. Not only did I go to her for the best blonde color I have ever had, I also went to her the first time I chose to be anything besides blonde (cue:copper, see photos in review). Cannot recommend enough, even their hair products and accesseries are amazing.
