We came here for my engagement proposal dinner and I'm so glad my partner took me here! Their tasting menu was everything I imagined and more. We both love mushrooms and the vegetarian option was mushroom based. It was a five-course menu and we enjoyed every single course. The service was impeccable and the ambiance was perfect for a romantic dinner night out. It was even prettier with the Christmas decor. If you're looking to celebrate or simply want to have an intimate night out, check out 2941!

A very nice restaurant that is worth trying! I came here for restaurant week because I had heard good things about this place. For $65, you get 3 courses: appetizer, entree, and dessert. The location was kind of strange. The restaurant is in an office building and shares a parking lot with said offices. The doors from the parking garage are also locked after 8, so there is an attendant inside to open the door for you. You also need to make several turns to go to an elevator, but there are a lot of signs directing you where to go. Outside of the restaurant, there is a scenic area with a koi pond and waterfalls. Overall, the service was excellent. Workers came by fairly often to make sure that we had everything that we needed and also explained each dish. The food was excellent overall, but I do wish that some of the dishes were better for the price point. For example, the salmon tartare appetizer was quite salty, and the watermelon cooler was a bit too sour. The other dishes were great though. I liked the soft shell crab tempura was very nice and the tomatoes were fresh and sweet. The desserts were also great.

2941: their view is just so good

I absolutely love this restaurant, it's a bit hard to get a reservation when you want but when you do, it's amazing! 1. Reservation: necessary 2. Food: amazing! They change seasonally, so you'll keep getting new menu, drawback is your favorite may be gone next time. 3. Drinks: mixed drinks are a bit disappointing considering how nice this place is. 4. View: their view is great.. water and birds and just serene. 5. Ambience: fancy, tall ceiling, relaxing, upscale. Highly recommend this place to everyone.

2941 may be the most beautiful restaurant I've ever been in, inside and out. Outside there are views for days! There's a small body of water surrounded by lush trees. 2941 seems all glass on the side facing the water, and it is a fantastic view from that side. The restaurant has a sizeable lobby and bar area. The bar is well appointed with liquor and wine and had some of the most comfortable bar chairs. The seating area of the restaurant had coordinating chairs and tons of tables. I visited 2941 for a private event, a wedding. Overall, I think the couple chose a great venue. It was beautiful there, the service was awesome, and the food was really good. I'm not often in the Falls Church area, but next time I am in town, I'd like to eat at this restaurant normally, lol.

We came here for our team dinner. The place may be a bit difficult to find for some. Also, the outside parking is very tight and I had to park in the garage. The room that we were in, had good acoustics and even with a large party the noise was manageable. The service was good and the food although meager tasted decent. I would definitely recommend it for others that have never been here before.

    Endless elegant options.

This was a phenomenal experience. The aesthetics are beautiful. The clear glass windows make for a calming and peaceful dining experience. Every dish had a fulfilling and unique flavor. Every interaction with staff was inviting .

Dined here last night for Restaurant Week, and to celebrate a birthday. Everything was delicious, and the service was impeccable. Standouts were the duck on Mafaldine and crab salad, Ribeye, cheesecake, pistachio with chocolate, and the cocktails. Everyone loved what they ordered.

We came here for our anniversary since we love so close. We had about a five minute wait to be seated for our reservation. While there's not much of an area to sit and wait, there is a bar off to the side. There's simple minimal decor, it sort of reminds me of a fancy hotel lobby restaurant. It was a lovely space with the high ceilings and windows all around. The service is impeccable, and timed perfectly when you order appetizers and starters. We had steak and lobster ravioli. The lobster ravioli was easily one of the best meals I've had in my life. Unfortunately, there was a string in the food (I'm guessing and hoping maybe it was just from the lobster on top after a poach). The steak was very tender and well seasoned but not overdone. While the string was unfortunate, I think it says a lot that this is still one of my favorite meals, four stars, and I would come back again.

2941 is an amazing experience! The food is so delicious and exquisite it looks so good you have to take a photo. The fish over rice with asparagus was excellent while the bruschetta was wonderful as an appetizer. The ambiance has an elegant flair with service that matches it with attentiveness.

Entering 2941 was quite an experience. Tall windows in the dining room with the evening light coming through. But even more impressive, was the fine art by Camille Pissaro lining the walls. And outside, a statue by Salvador Dali. The tables were well spaced and there was no noticeable conversation by other diners. But the food is what matters, right? And it was mixed, although overall enjoyable and creative. The bread appeared first and it was excellent, although from a local bakery. Our appetizers consisted of oysters and a tuna tartare concoction. The oysters were tiny but the tuna tartare was very flavorful although a bit drenched. For dinner, my husband had a rib eye that was plentiful and delicious, although a bit undercooked. I had langostino, which was also small, but in a nice sauce that was rich and sufficiently filling. Pricey!

2941 is truly a hidden gem in Falls Church. There landscaping is beautiful so make sure to snap a few photos outdoors. We stopped by and had to tasting menu. I wasn't the biggest fan of my drink but my partner enjoyed it very much. The bread was a nice way to start our meal. Everything was delicious and our waitress was nice.

Came here for my birthday dinner. As always, the service was perfect and the decor is still stunning! We decided to get the tasting menu and I got the wine pairing with it. I started with three baked wellfleet oysters. They were served warm and the bone marrow added an extra depth of flavor. Next was the sea scallop "tagliatelle". This was outstanding and my favorite dish. They cut the scallops like tagliatelle. It was served in a clam broth with two clams. Wow. I would like to try to replicate this dish for a future dinner party. Next course was a veal breast in a Hungarian paprika risotto. Poor veal- the risotto totally upstaged you!! It was creamy deliciousness! The next course was a venison chop. It was good at dinner and the next day. Dessert was ok. Really love this place.

Service throughout the meal was excellent. Our waitress was attentive without hovering, kept drinks topped off, checked in at all the right times, and made the experience feel welcoming from start to finish. The dining room itself left me with mixed feelings. It was incredibly humid inside, to the point where it became distracting during the meal. The booth seating also wasn't my favorite. The pleather-style upholstery made it surprisingly difficult to slide in and out, especially if you're sitting toward the wall. It's a small detail, but one that stood out. We ordered family-style so everyone could sample a little of everything, which I always think is the best way to experience a menu. The Caesar salad was the undeniable star of the table. Absolute banger. The dressing tasted unmistakably house-made with the perfect balance of richness, garlic, lemon, and anchovy. It's one of those deceptively simple dishes that can be hard to execute well, and they absolutely nailed it. The carbonara was enjoyable overall with a silky sauce and great flavor, but the pancetta was cut into pieces that were much larger than necessary. Smaller pieces would have distributed the flavor more evenly and made each bite feel better balanced. The table bread with the red sauce was another pleasant surprise. Fresh, comforting, and exactly the kind of thing that keeps everyone reaching for "just one more piece." The chicken parm sandwich had plenty of potential, but it was noticeably dry. It really needed a more generous helping of marinara to bring everything together and add the moisture you'd expect from a chicken parm. One area that could definitely use some attention is the restrooms. They were functional, but they felt tired compared to the rest of the restaurant and would really benefit from a refresh or remodel. Overall, this was a solid first visit with far more positives than negatives. While I'd probably skip the carbonara and chicken parm sandwich next time in favor of trying other menu items, that Caesar salad is something I'd order again in a heartbeat. It's rare for a salad to completely steal the show, but this one absolutely did. I'll definitely be back to see what else the kitchen has to offer.

Food selection was smaller, food was not worth the price and service was awful. We did not have a reservation but saw several tables open. They sat us near the welcome booth as we were a family of 5. We were given menus but not enough utensils and thought eventually we would get it along with the menus. There seem to be a huddle of employees in the entrance of booth and the waiter did not show up for another 5 minutes. Another 5 minutes passed and a different waitress showed up asking if we were ready. She did not tell us of any specials and we had to ask her the price of the bistec a lo pobre which she said was $26. We also asked her about other items we saw at the online menu but she said they weren't available. We decided to stay and order ceviche, lomo saltado, anticuchos and bistec a lo pobre. My husband ordered a beer and I ordered a chicha. There was no physical menu for children and she verbally told us the options. I ordered chicken tenders and fries for my toddler. She took our orders and food came out after 15 minutes. The meat was missing the sauce the menu said it came with, the ceviche tasted very lemony and the chicken tenders were more like chicken balls. The waitress never showed up with our drinks and we decided to just eat and go as the staff seemed to want to socialize more than tend to the customers. Once we were done, we asked for boxes and the check. Apparently, gratuity was already included and maybe thats why the service was so bad? She hardly came to check on us and to top it off she was surprised when we told her drinks never showed up to please take it off check. She didn't apologize or asked how the food was. She gave us boxes and off we left. Later, we realized the bistec a lo pobre was $28 instead of $26 and we had ordered two. I just wanted to leave at that point and not wait another 5 minutes for waitress to fix her mistake. The ad, as shown in picture, said all moms receive a flower but I guess having three kids with me wasn't enough for me to get one. We also noticed when we left their website said a party of 6 or more has gratuity included but we were a party of 5. What is shown online is very different than what you get in person and if the food was great I would gladly go back for at least takeout. Food is not worth it, the service for Mother's Day made it worst and the environment was mediocre at best. Prices were inconsistent and menu is not appealing. Not sure what happened here but changes should be made at least for Mother's Day.
