As a local business we run into emergency situations from time to time. The first time we used…read moreSwaha he arrived within 15 minutes from the moment we called. This type of service is unheard of in any industry. We have since used them 2 additional times and we have always had great service and been very happy with his service. Our locks work our doors open and we have an awesome vendor to rely on. We greatly appreciate your awesome service. Thank you!

I hired Zezo (Swaha Locksmith) to re-key locks for my new home. He told me it would be $50 for an…read moreelectronic deadbolt and $30 per cylinder, then quoted $120 for my job. I brought new, unopened locks: * 1 Schlage Encode deadbolt * 2 Schlage FB50 single-cylinder deadbolt + handle sets After seeing the boxes, he recommended using the Encode's key to re-key the other cylinders, charging $30 x 4 = $120, and giving me one key copy. I trusted his professional recommendation and paid. Afterward, I realized both FB50 sets already had the same factory key code, meaning they already matched each other. The only lock that needed re-keying to match everything was the Schlage Encode, which would have been $50 based on his own pricing. When I raised this, he said he "doesn't look at the numbers" and that I "should have told him." No refund or resolution was offered. A locksmith should catch something this basic and recommend the least work needed -- especially when it affects home security. Sharing this so others can make an informed choice.
