You claim to be available 24/7 but don't have 10 minutes during business hours to duplicate a key? So I called and a woman answered "Hello?" Hello? Really? I asked if I'd reached Northridge Lock & Key and she said "Yes." So I asked if I could get a key duplicated and she said they don't do that. Well if that's the case you need to TAKE IT OFF YOUR SERVICES LISTED. I still considered giving them two or three stars since most of the reviews seem to be four or five stars and it sounds like they've done some good work for other people. But if three stars = "OK," two = "Could've been better," and one = "Not good," I can't give them any more than one star because they had bad service before I even had a chance to use them. This is real professional, with real service truck and tools who has really great communication and gives top-notch service. I have a 5-star or no star policy. Robert earned all 5 of those stars.
