This was our car in Milford,IN and we were in the Cafe during this time!!!!

We stopped at this cafe that we had never noticed Before. They have been there 47 years my hubby got a meatloaf Manhattan he said it was great! I ordered ham and bean soup with hot corn bread included it was wonderful!!! We were getting ready to leave and a horrid Storm hit we stayed right in the cafe for like 30 minutes before it was safe to leave. The food and prices great check it out!!!! We will be sure to stop there whenever we get in the area The waitress was so helpful and nice and the coconut cream pie with no added sugar was Great and their pies are home-made. This is at the SR 6 and SR15 intersection

Breaded pork tenderloin with onion rings.

When I first walked into the 20th Century Restaurant I felt like I was walking straight into the diner of John Mellencamp's "The Lonesome Jubilee" album. This roadside diner sports 1950s decor complete with hanging globe lights and fully functional public telephone. Cushy booths beside large glass windows look out on U.S. 6 and a tractor auction yard. I am half surprised hipsters have not tried to gentrify this place! The menu consists of all American fare, and in true Hoosier fashion highlights a breaded pork tenderloin sandwich. Food and prices were fair, wait staff were extremely hospitable, and facilities clean.

Awesome little place! Broasted chicken was delicious and the pie was great too. Good home cooked comfort food. Great prices.

Had to cut the tenderloin in half and doubled up to get it to fit on the bun.

I've been bouncing into this place a few times per year for about 25 years. I've seen it go…read morethrough a few owners, countless chefs, servers and menu changes. I can tell you with complete honesty that the overwhelming majority of those 25 years the food was consistently good. However around 22/23 the menu and food quality went to a new level. Seriously it is mind blowing especially when you factor in the price. Very reasonable prices. The service is great , the atmosphere is definitely on par or slightly above average but the food quality to value ratio is off the charts. Their BLT is legit! And if you're lucky enough to catch their salmon topped summer salad, I'd be shocked if it doesn't roll your eyes back! Try a few things here and I promise you will find something you enjoy.

We had no idea that was even an option here, let alone a requirement for this evening. She invited us to sit at the bar since we were there to see the band playing later this evening. Service is very friendly and helpful!!! Our server was helpful in suggesting meals and was available to refill our drinks as needed. Other servers were just as friendly to us, even though they were not serving us. We played a dice game while waiting for the band to start. A gentleman asked us about the game, so we showed him how to play. We did not know this at the time, but this gentleman turned out to be the owner, Travis. His friendliness and kindness is very likely why the rest of the staff is kind and friendly!! The food is good! I ordered the chicken pesto. My companion ordered chicken bowl (a chicken sandwich without the bread). We also enjoyed the buffalo cauliflower bites appetizer. The other patrons were around middle-aged, which we liked, as we are in the same age group. It was not a bunch of rowdy "kids", We originally came here to see the band, which was very good! But we'll be back for the food (and another band?) one day soon.

We ordered lunch here and got the pulled pork sandwiches, macaroni and cheese, broccoli salad and a homemade pretzel. The food was great! They also serve chicken salad croissants and deli-meat sandwiches, as well as salads. The line was a bit long to wait and pay. Once you order, you are given your food and then you go to the register line, this is where you'll pay. On a Saturday afternoon it was very long and their credit card processing was slow. We waited in line for a little while, luckily our food did say somewhat warm. They have a bbq bar where you can get your condiments and coffee as well (samples of coffee available).

All our entrees were delicious (Cobb salad with chicken, Brisket sandwich, and the Hot Mess), each with a distinct wood flavor from the smoker in the kitchen. My Hot Mess was surprisingly good since I live in NC which is pulled pork paradise. Excellent. A couple critiques are the plate for the salad was too small making it difficult to eat, and the lack of table service. In the mood for smoky meats and chilled libations? Goshen has an interesting beer menu with a jive variety of beers on tap. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. I really enjoyed talking with the beertender about the brewery. I hope life brings be back too Goshen so I can visit again
