We Decided to head to Goshen to check out that location. The menu was similar to what was at the brewery. The burgers and fries were delicious. Most tables on Saturday night were filled. Finally made it to Biebs & Ash, and I can honestly say that this my smash burger was in my top 5 best burger ever! That said the experience is different. It's not exactly fast food but it's also not a waitress takes your order and serves you either. You wait in a line to order, are given a buzzer when your order is ready to be picked up at the counter. You must also wait for a table to open up before you can be seated and the wait can be long, the space is small. The staff who take your orders and cleans off the tables were very nice. I ordered the peanut butter smash burger and regular fries. You can upgrade your fries but the regular fries are great. After going to the Notre Dame football game yesterday, our group decided we needed to grab some food on our way home. We were heading through Goshen so I begged them to stop at this place that had high reviews on Yelp and they all agreed! We walked in the door and a young man asked us if we had never been there and then proceeded to explain the whole process. It's not too weird of a setup but super nice to be greeted and helped. The young lady at the cash register was also very helpful and didn't make us feel rushed. My son got a Frisco Melt Mash with fries and I got the Morning Mash Burger with the guy upfront said was his favorite. I also went with the regular fries and didn't so an upgrade due to cost, but the regular fries were delicious! The other 2 guys who were with us got regular smash burgers which they loved. The place was super cool and was surprisingly not busy at 7pm when we got there. The food came out super quick and we loved our food! We loved this cute place in Goshen for burgers! The service was very friendly, met the owner and her mom, both super nice and working hard. I had the smoked wings, very flavorful and crispy! Finally made it in to Biebs & Ash after having it on my list for a while. Came on a VERY busy Friday night. Parking can be tricky as it is typical small town downtown angled street parking. There is essentially 2 lines when coming here on a busy night. One light that was out the door to order, and another to wait for a seat after ordering. These lines both moved relatively quick. Front and back of the house work together nicely and given how busy they were and how small of a space they have- they do very well. This place has definitely already outgrown this location. On a Friday night it can definitely get packed and hectic in there. But don't let that stop you from coming in. The food is jam packed with explosive flavors, unique combinations, and quality ingredients. The PB smash was a unique combination of sweet, savory, and spicy. Hella parm fries are simply put- so good. True fresh parm shaved over crispy fries and garlic aioli. Fries and shoestring but not greasy at all. Good potato flavor and hold up well. Redhawk smash was also packed with flavor. Banger fries are excellent as well. I could not get enough of this place and meal. One of my new favorites in the area. This place is a must try. read more

I give them a zillion stars and a hug. Such sweet people serving up some damn good food. My mom and I were both able to modify as needed to accommodate no carbs. I chose the Mornin' Smash. I removed the bun & jam to get rid of the sugar... then added cream cheese... SERIOUSLY DELIGHTFUL. The way they layer the two thin and crispy-edged patties... mauh! Just perfect. My mom ordered the Redhawk Smash... removed the bun & arugula. No sides for us as, again, we try to avoid carbs. The burgers themselves were PLENTY filling with no buns or sides and we couldn't have been happier. At the counter, Ash was very kind in answering our questions and catering to our requests. Upon leaving, a polite young man offered to take our empty baskets and we were also able to speak to the owner's mother. Although they were very busy and she was in the middle of running drinks out to tables, she still took the time to chat with us about their restaurant and was very sweet. Thanks for doing that, we enjoyed talking to you! We were just visiting from Muskegon, MI, but will be back to Goshen here & there as this is where our roots are. The food is very good. I recommend the burgers and chicken wings! I love eating outside when possible, but there's plenty of seating inside too. If you haven't tried them, I highly recommend it! They're friendly and helpful if you share that it's your first time. They have gluten free options, which my wife appreciates. The only downside is the prices. Very tasty burgers! I enjoy coming to this place because I know what at I'm going to get, and what I'm going to get is always good and consistent. I've only ever tried the burgers and loaded fry options they have, but one day I will step out my comfort zone and order something new. I appreciate the set up of this place and how you walk up to order instead of dealing with servers. I also appreciate the outdoor seating they offer. Another neat thing, is that they add specials with new, different menu items quite often. I see them post on their social medias and I usually miss them but it's a cool thing to do and a fun way to add seasonal/holiday items to that night/weeks menu. I can't rate 5 stars because the price is a little steep for a burger joint.
