The waiters are not always prompt, though generally friendly. The mashed potatoes do not taste fresh or real. The gravy is not of homemade quality--very canned. The meats are often dried out. Overall, have seen a fall in quality of food, presentation and service in the past few years, whether on the buffet or plated. My elderly mother likes to go there, based on past memories, but the last few times (generally every 6 months) we have come away quite disappointed in the quality of food, especially.
