The 2 chandeliers have so many cobwebs on them that i wondered if it was left over Halloween decorations. They also have mismatched bulbs. Additionally all the exposed air ductwork is also filthy. My mom turned 82 today and has compromised pulmonary issues and when i saw all this the first thing that ran through my mind is I hope she's not gonna inhale all that stuff and have a rough day tomorrow breathing. Again, admittedly, yes, I am being picky but when I take 12 people out to dinner and drop a couple hundred dollars doing such, I want the place to be sharp and on point.
