Shannon is seriously the only guy I trust and will go to for anything auto body related. Long story short, I was detailing a close friend's beautiful blue Toyota Supra and made one of the biggest mistakes I've ever made in my detailing career. I accidentally burned through the paint on the trunk with my rotary after using a pad that wasn't fully primed. I was absolutely sick to my stomach because it wasn't even my own car. The first person I called was Shannon at 2020 Auto Body because he's the only person I trusted to make it right. The repair came out absolutely flawless. Anyone who's worked with automotive paint knows that matching metallic blue can be tricky, but the color match was dead-on. He has one of those super gangster OEM paint matching machines in his shop! You'd never know the trunk had been repaired. He also gave me a realistic timeline, kept me updated throughout the process, and took the time to explain the proper curing process and when it would be safe to ceramic coat the fresh paint. What I appreciated the most was how much he cared about helping me out. He knew I was in a tough spot and went out of his way to get the car taken care of quickly without cutting any corners. I'll be upfront, Shannon is a close friend of mine. That said, if I didn't genuinely believe in his work, I wouldn't put my name behind recommending his shop. I've seen the pride he takes in every repair, and this experience only reinforced why I trust him. As he always says, put your best foot forward. Do the right thing and do the best work is what I live by and I learned from him! As someone who details vehicles professionally on the side, I'm extremely picky about paint quality, panel finish, and attention to detail. I inspected the repair under different lighting before picking it up, and I genuinely couldn't tell where the damage had been. Quality body work isn't something I'd ever shop by price. You might save a few bucks elsewhere, but you won't always get the same level of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and peace of mind. Thank you Shannon and 2020 Auto Body! read more

OMG ---- I just got my brand NEW 2026 Lexus NX350H. Picked it up from ceramic coating a week ago, on way to pick up my plates from the dealer and BAM - I got hit! My FIRST brand new car! I couldn't even think straight.... Luckily Michelle from Farmers recommended 2020 Auto to me. Gary, the project manager, was amazing. I've never been to an auto shop, auto body, auto anything.... that kept me in the loop with the status as much as Gary did. Texts, emails,.... I always knew where they were with my car. They also finished the job ahead of schedule! I didn't think I would be happy with my car after the accident... but I have to say, it looks just like the day I drove it off the lot! You can't even tell it was in an accident. BEAUTIFUL! Would definitely recommend 2020 to anyone needing auto body work done. I'm a fan for sure! read more

I think no one looks forward to going to a body shop because of hit-and-run damage. 2020 Auto Body made the experience as pleasant as possible, where in the end, you find more things you're grateful for, than negative things. They were responsive with emails and phone calls, and took me in on the same day. I mainly spoke to Shannon, who was friendly and clearly explained the process, quote, details, and aftercare. I spoke briefly to Gary, who was also very helpful, as well as the guy(s) who worked on my truck. Where it seems we have more mediocre (or bad) customer service experiences today, this one felt really good. It felt like old school service where people listened more, empathized, communicated, and treated you like a friend. On top of this, the work they did came out great. Highly recommend!! read more

Great service, communication and work! I would definitely recommend them! Close to town made it super convenient.

Work is perfect and job was completed 3 days before scheduled. Always kept in the loop via text and email and even when I dropped the car off Gary was patient and clear about my options. Even asking "does it bother you" as it was a fender bender from a parking garage. A $400 deductible is still a $400 deductible and Gary said no pressure, ups to you. Highly recommend 2020 and Allstate Insurance. read more

When I got into a fender bender with my 1-month-old 2024 Lexus NX350H, it was really important to take her to the best repair shop on the rock especially as it's pearl paint. Servco recommended 2020 and it was a wonderful experience with a very happy ending. My 'Pearl' is just perfect once again and now I know why Lexus recommended them for a painless and flawless repair! Thank you 2020!!! (Rock on Bow-Tie Gary!!!) read more

From the beginning, Gary was always very responsive and personally gave me feedback about every step they took to fix my car. He was always in touch and I knew I could always reach him. Out of all the shops that I "shopped at," I felt the most comfortable with Gary and 2020 Auto Body. He was knowledgeable and what's more important - honest and forthright. The only negative thing, which is NOT their fault, is Honda's nationwide shortage of parts. Had it not been for that one thing, Gary would have finished my car in no time! Thanks, a lot Honda! I would recommend Gary and 2020 Auto Body to anyone looking for a really good job and quality customer service. I really feel like I'm driving a brand-new Honda Civic! I really appreciate you Gary and 2020 Auto Body! You have a customer for life (although hopefully, I won't have any more accidents)!! read more

No one likes getting hit and going through the whole insurance claims process- it's tedious, long and unfamiliar to me on top of all the stress with your car being hit! Going through the list of my insurance auto shops, I called 2020 autobody. From the first call Gary was so patient as I explained what happened and while venting I stressed the need to get my car in as soon as possible bc I needed to get my rental! He listened, was able to assure me he'd get my car in and start the repairs as soon as the claim got assigned to their shop. He was polite, honest helpful and always in touch with updates through emails and calls. He took the time to answer all my ?s, even said he'd handle any calls from enterprise about my rental and explain to me how the whole repair process works: what to expect and a time frame of when it would be done. That seemed to depend on when his shop would get the parts in and I'm so grateful for his attention to detail and using only original parts from the manufacturer- it was bc of that he said the repair may take long, but I knew from that moment I was in good hands and chose the right shop! He was always in touch with updates and even surprised me when he said the parts came in sooner and they're already working on my car and that it should be ready before the promised date and they delivered! The quality of work they did was top notch but what I feel stands out with 2020 versus other autobody shops I've dealt with in the past is their customer service!! They go above and beyond and I hope to not ever need a repair but if I do, I know exactly who I can trust! Gary and the team at 2020 autobody made everything go smoothly- they will take care of you! Definitely recommend!!! read more

Super friendly staff with amazing communication skills. I got daily updates from the shop. Customer service was perfection! My car turned out beautiful and was completed before the promise date. I can't say enough good things about this auto body shop. 10/10 all the way! I hope to never need a body shop again but if I do, 2020 Auto Body will always be my first choice! If your car ever needs repair no matter what the situation is. This company is where you should go, first and last place!! honest local family oriented a good feel off the get go. We came here after our Car insurance referred them to us. Allstate works hand in hand with this company so that was awesome. From estimate to completion it took 2-1/2- 3 days. Plus they work along side with the rental company "enterprises" Which is 2-3 minutes away. Car rental was so reasonable as well. Getting back to C K -Shanon is who we spoke to. He took care of everything, The scheduling - Repairs to changing our the entire windshield. Top Notch and although we only paid the deductible, the charge overall was a steal of a deal. Fast - Friendly and quality -just done right!! So if you ever need a repair whether minor or major I say CALL SHANON, he will take care of you. Mahalo to everyone at C K auto body in Mapunapuna. 5 stars all the way! read more

Beautiful paint and body work on front fender and door. This shop is amazing. Gary was so kind to work with me on getting the vehicle in for an estimate, and booked for repairs, even though the schedule was busy and all the holidays were just around the corner. He reassured me everything was going to work out. Communication was clear, repair details concise. The shop even coordinated with the rental car company for pick and drop off. I feel obligated to let anyone out there who is willing to read this review know that Shannon, Gary, and the rest of the team at 2020 Auto Body are phenomenal at what they do on every level. Almost exactly one year ago, I was involved in a car accident that required significant repair to my vehicle. I found 2020 Auto Body on a list of approved auto body shops though my insurance company and scheduled an appointment to take my car in via my insurance company's website. Unbeknownst to me, my insurance company mistakenly allowed me to schedule an appointment one hour prior to when the shop opened but instead of turning me away or making me come back later, Gary took my car in prior to opening without any complaints and told me exactly what to expect from the process to come. Throughout the entire process, Gary was very transparent, was diligent with his follow-up, and in the end did an outstanding job with the repairs. He was even nice enough to repair damage on my car I had prior to the accident at my request. Fast forward to about three weeks ago where I noticed an issue with my car that was significant enough for me to have to consult my mechanic. After my mechanic took a look, he was able to identify the issue but was going to have to touch some of the repairs done by 2020 in order to address the issue and was concerned about potentially voiding any warranty from the repairs 2020 had done the year prior. At the advice of my mechanic, I contacted my insurance company who reached out to 2020 to address the issue. Shannon then contacted me to find out more about the issue. After a discussion, it was determined that the issue was likely unrelated to the prior repairs. However, instead of turning me away, Shannon was kind enough to let me bring my car in and take a look. In fact, the issue ended up not even being something 2020 fixed but instead one where Shannon utilized his relationship with the tire shop across the street to get them to assess my car, quote me a price, and fix the issue in the same day. He even fronted the bill and had me pay him back upon picking up my car. He did not need to do any of this, but cared enough about me as a customer to go the extra mile to help me out when I needed it. I am incredibly grateful to 2020 and will be returning to them for any auto body repairs in the future. read more

Shannon is a really cool guy, went to them for bumper issue from insurance company. Work is fast and great. And they are all nice people.

This body shop is awful. I was involved in a collision where I was injured and my dog was injured as well. My all state insurance company recommended this place to take my damaged car too to do the repairs on it. Upon bringing it to the shop my experience was horrid, the first person told me that it would take 2 to 3 months to repair, I was very disappointed in hearing this but I still give them an opportunity to repair it. They estimated my damage at over 16,000 dollars in damages and call me rudely to tell me that they are over there threshold of what they are allowed to repair. The employee name was Gary and he was not polite to me in saying this at all, so of course I get defensive because I believe I was being mistreated substantially. The next day he calls me to tell me that they want to tow my car back to my home, I asked for them to hold off until my insurance company gives me the Greenlight. Later on I was told that all state would cover the repairs, so I was lied to by the employee and treated very badly. I tried calling the body shop back to them that all state would repair it and give them the go ahead on all repairs, they turned my insurance company and I down saying that I was rude to them, and do to our discussion they would not repair my vehicle. They then had there tow company call me and tell me that they are dropping off my vehicle back to my house, where I only have 1 parking stall, and had to find parking for my brand new 2021 Ford eco sport which was in the hot sun. I highly advise against using this company for any body work they are cruel, they are dishonest, and flat out rude. I would give them 0 stars If I could. read more
