Bryan is so honest and professional! Went to see Bryan today due to my side rear view mirror popping off a month ago on my Lexus Rx. Could not for the life of me find any way to pop it back into place or find a glue strong enough to glue it back together. Have been driving around with it taped on temporarily with duck tape :( However, my car is due for a safety check by the end of this month so I was referred to Bryan by another mechanic in town to change out the whole rear view mirror unit. If you are looking for a body shop, I highly recommend taking your business to this shop. They do an excellent job in repairing the damage & unlike the others, they value integrity. While parking at Kahala lookout, I accidentally popped my front bumper out of place as I was leaving the parking lot. I went & got a quote from 3 different auto shops before I went to Bryan's auto care. They all quoted me over 1K-2K to repair a front bumper of a 2008 Honda Accord. They request i make a deposit for half of what they quoted me before they could start the repair process. They suggested to order a whole new bumper parts. On top of that i would have to wait for a few weeks to get it fixed. Which I thought it was insane consider it's 2008 Honda accord. I went to Bryan's auto care & their staff did not take advantage of me like the others. They assess the damage of the car & gave me an honest quote, & told me to bring it in 3 days later. They quoted me under $100 to repair my bumper. Which I thought it was beyond fair value for their service. 3 days later I brought it in & they fixed it immediately. I was very happy with the result. Bryan Auto Body is the best body shop I've visited in Hawaii. First of all, their repair skills are excellent. From what I've heard, their skills are so excellent that in cases where special repairs are needed on neighboring islands such as Maui and Kauai, vehicles have been sent by ship to Bryan Auto Body in Oahu for special treatment. When I looked at my car, which had been badly damaged in a collision, after the repairs were completed, I was very impressed to see that it was exactly the same as when I first purchased a new car. Their repair skills were very thorough and accurate, and the subsequent paint job was exactly the same as when I first purchased the new car. Although time has passed since the Covid-19 passed, delivery of auto parts from dealers is still very slow especially in Hawaii. However, Bryan continued to update me on the delivery status of the bumper, finally notifying me that the part had been delivered yesterday, and after completing the repair, he brought the vehicle to my home, apologizing for the delay. Once again, their repair skills were excellent and their service spirit was top notch. I live in Salt Lake and street park one of my cars. One morning I received a phone call to inform me that my car was hit by a runaway trash dumpster. Yup! I dumpster rolled out of a property, into the street hitting several cars- mine included. My car was in driving condition but my taillight and bumper was obviously damaged. The property manager of the building made a report and their insurance company handled the repairs. I got to choose a repair shop from a list so I chose the closest one to home which was Bryan's! Bryan handled the repair very professionally I stopped by, he took pics, provided an estimate, then called me when the insurance company approved. The repair took 3 days and it as repaired flawlessly. What I most appreciated about the shop was that they went beyond the regular scope of service. When I picked up the car the car was cleaned inside and out. They shampooed my carpet and car seats, wiped my windows spotlessly(they were very dirty), my exterior was washed, my tires were shiny, and the most impressive thing... my door jambs were just like new. Went to multiple body shops before going to Bryan's auto care. Shops would turn me away because of the rust or give me an estimate of $5000-10000 just for the roof alone. Was getting discouraged at this point because everyone was out of my budget I was willing to spend fixing the roof and hood of my truck so I'm really happy I found the place! The Only reason i went to check out Bryan's was because how close his shop was to my work! Called him up around 430pm to get an estimate he told me he closes at 5pm and to head on over so he could look at the truck, took him no longer than a couple of minutes to look at the truck and told me how he would do the roof! Compare to a lot of body shops Bryan didn't seem intimidated by the rust at all and knew exactly how to fix it that's what sold it for me to go the Bryan's if the price was right. He told me he would send me a estimate by email, couple hours later I got his estimate and let me tell you how surprised I was seeing he was going to charge me nowhere near half the price every other body shop was asking the estimate breakdown was easy to understand on what he was charging me for and why the cost was the way it was. Told him I'll take his offer and asked when I could drop it off this was thurday night so he said come back Monday. He said the truck would be done in a week which ended up taking 2 days longer than a week but in my mind I was like dam it's probably going to be a little more now cause the cost of labor. To my surprise again the estimated price is the price I ended up paying even though it took longer than expected. Couldn't be happier with the results of my truck color matches perfectly with the rest of the truck! Bryan is such a good honest person and easy to work with! Bryan is really the best! We found Bryan's Auto Care through our insurance's suggestion and have been using this company for 3 years now for everything. We run a small fleet of moving vehicles, so you could imagine the damages our vehicles go through. We have had to use other auto body repair shops for our vehicles, but Bryan's rates/prices have always been the most fair for the amount of work, which is why he now handles all repairs needed. Bryan is very prompt in responding to our emails and our phone calls. He comes to our site to take a look at all our damages and then sends over estimates the same day. On two occasions I even asked him if he knew of someone who could reprogram our keys and then if he knew someone who could replace our stolen catalytic converter and he gave me awesome recommendations as well. He has fixed small things like the rubber sealing around the sliding doors of our vehicles and big things like major accident damages too-all within a very reasonable timeframe. Bryan even fixed our personal car and brought it back to us even better than it was before the accident it was in. This is the second time bringing my car to Bryan for non-insurance repairs. The first time, I shopped around extensively. This time I didn't bother because I knew his prices are fair. You might find cheaper, but you likely won't find cheaper for the quality of work. Both times, Bryan did a great job. I also feel he is very honest. When I picked my car up, I was so happy about how good it looked. To my surprise, Bryan asked me to bring it back on Monday because, to him, it wasn't quite as good as he wanted. I brought my car in for some scratches that was located on my back passenger side door and the passenger side fender. My car was fixed within a week, but I had to call and bring it back because you can see the scratches they made from trying to fix my car.. in other areas that had no reason to be touched at all.. so Brian told me I could bring it in that Monday (I called on a Sunday). I brought it in and had it buffed out.. so I thought.. finally seeing my car in the sun after washing it, all I could see was more scratches. It hasn't been fixed. Brain is good with responding quickly and trying to help get it fixed, but it's just not. I went through my insurance so they have been paid a little under $2,000 already. I'm just so frustrated and irritated. I brought my car in with a few scratches, left with a lot more and in areas that had nothing on it.
