There isn't a studio fee and the items are very reasonably priced. Plus the service is outstanding. I will visit Creatif anytime I'm in a painting mood. Go and have fun!

I celebrated my daughter's 10th birthday party here, and unfortunately, the experience was…read moreextremely disappointing. She chose the clay art activity with a "Sea Friends" theme because it sounded creative and exciting for the kids, but the actual experience did not meet expectations at all. There were only three very simple animal designs offered, which was far too limited for a two-hour birthday party and not engaging enough to keep the children interested. The employees assisting with the activity did not appear to be properly trained to host or manage a children's party. Their instructions were unclear, they spoke very softly, and there was little enthusiasm or interaction with the kids. The atmosphere felt dull and unorganized instead of fun and energetic like a birthday celebration should be. Many of the children lost interest quickly because there was no excitement, guidance, or effort to keep them engaged. What was most disappointing was that, despite booking a two-hour party, the actual clay activity lasted only around 40 minutes. After that, there was very little for the kids to do, leaving them bored and restless for most of the remaining time. As a parent spending money to create a memorable milestone birthday for my daughter, I expected a much better-planned and professionally hosted experience. I chose this place hoping it would create happy memories for my daughter and her friends, but instead it turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience for both the kids and the parents attending the party.

They have a lot of options available in pottery as well as colors. Don't miss going through a tutorial file in the back to see different techniques that you can apply to your pottery. I came with a friend, and during our visit two small letter pieces from her project went missing. When staff informed her there would be a charge, she immediately agreed to pay for them without any argument. We had spent over $300 that day and were simply trying to resolve the situation. I thought one of the missing letters might have accidentally been thrown away in a napkin, so I asked an employee if she had a glove that I could use to check the trash can myself. Before she could help, the owner's son interrupted, told her to stop helping me and go assist a birthday party. When I explained that I was only asking for a glove so I could look through the trash myself, he continued arguing with me instead of helping resolve the situation. I brought my concerns to the manager, but she told me there was nothing she could do because he was the owner's son. What upset me most was that she then called my friend a liar and accused her of trying to steal the missing letters, even though my friend had already agreed to pay for them. I found that accusation completely unfair and unprofessional. The conversation became heated, and I admit I became frustrated. However, I was shocked when we were told not to come back which is fine to me because I was not planning to ever come back to this place due the customer service. Being treated dismissively, having my friend accused of dishonesty, and being told never to return after spending hundreds of dollars left a very negative impression. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend this location.

Dexter had already left for the day BUT Amanda & Sell were awesome. I had to wait awhile but that's OK because I would rather have Amanda not rush & do the beautiful job that she did. I have had many pictures framed & matted at Michael's in Dublin. If a manager sees my Yelp, please tell Amanda, Dexter & Sell how important their jobs are & thank them. They are an asset to the Dublin Michaels. They help me pick out the correct complimentary colors for the Art. They make people happy. They are so friendly & personable & even though they had quite a few customers, they never seemed to get rattled. They make each customer feel like they are the only one & their order is the most important.

There were some nice beads, chains, charms, yarn, and paint. I just thought some of the shelves were either bare or the merchandise wasn't untouched / new - where some of the packaging looked tampered with. I checked to make sure the number of colored pencils in my box was the correct amount. I liked some of the flowers, but recalled seeing a much larger variety at another location a long time ago. I couldn't tell if the store was remodeling as some of the floors looked damaged or old down some aisles you'd walk down. I found some nice party / entertaining decorations - different sized disco balls and sequined tablecloths that you could honestly also use as a backdrop for a photo booth or display. The employee at the register was kind and helped me create my Michael's account at what I consider the new self-checkout stands (it's been that long since I've been to a Michael's) - I felt like the screens were nice and big so it was easy to view and process. I hope they continue to receive more inventory to fill the shelves.
