During the conversation, the representative interrupted me and asked if she could call me back. I told her that was completely fine, but unfortunately I never received a call back. While this may seem like a small thing, it really put the customer experience into perspective for us. When making a large investment for a child's birthday party, communication and follow-through are very important. After not receiving the promised callback, we ultimately decided this was not the right place for our family to host our child's celebration.
