I was nervous about bigger kids accidentally pushing my baby while running around, but it felt comfortable and manageable the whole time. The slides and play structures were really cool and my little one had such a fun time running around and exploring. I especially appreciated that they have a separate toddler/younger kids area which made it feel safer and less overwhelming. As a parent, I noticed the staff did a good job keeping things organized and the overall environment felt pretty clean. There were also plenty of places for parents to sit while still being able to watch their kids play, which I appreciated. But it's either my hubby, I, or the both of us with my baby the whole time. Parking was easy too and check-in was pretty smooth. I do wish the place was a little bigger, but I also understand indoor playgrounds are probably expensive to maintain and operate these days. Overall, it was a fun experience and my baby left tired and happy which is always a win. Would definitely come back. Just wish there was a location closer to Morgan Hill!

We got lucky, we were the only ones here so we had the whole playground to ourselves. The place is really big and their jumpy things are in great condition! They have lot of little areas to jump and play. The girl working the front desk was very friendly and informative and helpful. The bouncy houses are so much fun! The smell of cleaning solution is very faint but still enough that you feel confident they clean often which is nice. This place is great if you need to kill some time with kids on a hot day!

We visited on a Sunday, and it wasn't too crowded, which was nice because the kids had plenty of room to play. They also have party rooms available, and the rooms are a good size for birthday celebrations and group events. My only suggestion is that the food court service could be more attentive. It often seemed like no one was at the counter when assistance was needed. Overall, it was a fun experience, and I'd recommend it for families with young children.

We were informed that adults are NOT allowed on the second story of the play structure and cannot accompany our child on the slides. Our 21 month old had to stay on the first floor the whole visit. She started getting upset that we wouldn't allow her to follow the other kids up to the slides. I asked an employee why we couldn't go down the slides with our daughter and she said per new ownership, they changed the rules. Except recent videos (as of today) on social media of people advertising this place show adults going down the slides. We also witnessed adults walking around the top floors with their kids and going down the slides. It seems that the rules aren't applicable to everyone. Tons of balls in the ball pit were deflated, the ball cannon shooters were not working and that's pretty much all there is to do if you stay on the ground floor. Older kids can play in the ball pit and it's simply way too small for that. My daughter was terrified of the older kids running and jumping into the pit around her. It was a rainy day outside and very crowded. I asked one of the floor workers if she could turn on the giant overhead fan to help move some air around since it was very muggy and warm and she said she had to ask the owner first. She even admitted she was getting hot as well. 20 minutes went by and it was never turned on. I guess it doesn't work? Not sure why you need to ask the owner for permission to turn on a fan. The layout could use a little rearranging. It's a cool concept, just not executed nearly as well as others with the same idea. For the price, $40-ish for two adults to accompany their toddler, it's absolutely not worth it. We won't be returning. Also keep in mind, if you order tickets and sign the waiver ahead of time, you'll still have to wait in line behind people who didn't. Just one person in front of us with one child took 15 minutes to buy their tickets and sign the waiver. Once we were checked in which took less than 5 minutes, the line was out the door. There are also no lockers to safely put your belongings in, just open cubby's.

Our daughter can come every day, at any time including GLOW, for free during the 30 days. There are SO MANY zones here, including an iWall (interactive running, dancing, poses, etc), a cycloBEAT (two stationary bikes to race flying through obstacles, racing over water and on streets, etc), Dodgeball, Double Mega Launch (two HUGE slides to go down), Freestyle jump (jump, spin, flip, play), Air court (play basketball, soccer, volleyball and more dodgeball), and Toddler zone (a smaller jump area to run up walls and over obstacles for tots). There is a dinning area and snack bar with various treats and quick eats like pizza and nachos. There is an enclosed open party area to host a birthday, lots of arcade games, clean restrooms, oversized comfy chairs for parents to observe from and massage chairs to pamper while the little play. We will return during the 30 day pass and dependent on the usage we may purchase the annual membership ($259), which is half off a 12 month membership month to month at $43.99 (based on an Extra Play membership). The Basic Play membership is limited at $36.99 and offers 50% off GLOW (vs free as Extra Play). GLOW is a BIG DEAL to our daughter so that's a must have for us to have included. GLOW, at this location, does not begin until 8 PM.With so many other kids playing, our daughter bounced between kids to play with and enjoyed a couple longer than others. At 9:15, majority of the kids our daughter was playing with were gone. With the drastic decline in playmates and the closure of one zone it dampened her spirits. The late start of GLOW will likely be our greatest reason for not becoming members. We tried it on a Saturday this time. We will try again on a Friday to see if there is any difference in play and length of attendance. Overall, such a great experience with updated, modernized play spaces for big and little kids alike.

A Chaotic and Concerning Experience -- Not the Birthday Celebration We Expected…read more I attended my great nephew's birthday party at Sky Zone yesterday, and unfortunately, this was one of the most poorly managed children's party venues I've experienced. My children are now young adults, so it has been a long time since I've been to a place like this--but even with that in mind, the disorganization was shocking. My niece had reserved a party room for 3:00 PM. The day before, she was told the reservation had been moved to 3:30 PM. When we arrived at 3:30, staff informed us that the room wouldn't be available until 4:00 PM. Even then, nearly an hour later, there was still no indication the prior group would be cleared out. To make matters worse, several other rooms sat empty, yet staff refused to open any of them for our group. The entire facility felt chaotic, overcrowded, and understaffed. What concerned me most was the complete lack of security protocols. There were multiple entrances and exits with no employees monitoring who came in or out. Adults were not checked in or connected to a child, which is extremely unsettling for a venue filled with minors. At similar venues we visited when our own children were young, adults had to be verified at the entrance, and children were not allowed to leave without a designated adult. None of that existed here. Cleanliness was another major issue. My husband reported that the men's restroom was in such poor condition that boys were missing the too-tall urinals and urinating on the floor--while children were then running through that area in their Sky Zone‑issued socks before heading back to the play spaces. That alone is unacceptable. The women's restroom, thankfully, was clean and quiet, but it was the only part of the facility that felt remotely controlled. I will say that the kids had a wonderful time, and I'm grateful for that. But as a parent or guardian concerned about safety, organization, and basic cleanliness, I cannot recommend this venue. Sky Zone needs significant improvements before I would ever consider returning.

She chose the clay art activity with a "Sea Friends" theme because it sounded creative and exciting for the kids, but the actual experience did not meet expectations at all. There were only three very simple animal designs offered, which was far too limited for a two-hour birthday party and not engaging enough to keep the children interested. The employees assisting with the activity did not appear to be properly trained to host or manage a children's party. Their instructions were unclear, they spoke very softly, and there was little enthusiasm or interaction with the kids. The atmosphere felt dull and unorganized instead of fun and energetic like a birthday celebration should be. Many of the children lost interest quickly because there was no excitement, guidance, or effort to keep them engaged. What was most disappointing was that, despite booking a two-hour party, the actual clay activity lasted only around 40 minutes. After that, there was very little for the kids to do, leaving them bored and restless for most of the remaining time. As a parent spending money to create a memorable milestone birthday for my daughter, I expected a much better-planned and professionally hosted experience. I chose this place hoping it would create happy memories for my daughter and her friends, but instead it turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience for both the kids and the parents attending the party.
