I was nervous about bigger kids accidentally pushing my baby while running around, but it felt comfortable and manageable the whole time. The slides and play structures were really cool and my little one had such a fun time running around and exploring. I especially appreciated that they have a separate toddler/younger kids area which made it feel safer and less overwhelming. As a parent, I noticed the staff did a good job keeping things organized and the overall environment felt pretty clean. There were also plenty of places for parents to sit while still being able to watch their kids play, which I appreciated. But it's either my hubby, I, or the both of us with my baby the whole time. Parking was easy too and check-in was pretty smooth. I do wish the place was a little bigger, but I also understand indoor playgrounds are probably expensive to maintain and operate these days. Overall, it was a fun experience and my baby left tired and happy which is always a win. Would definitely come back. Just wish there was a location closer to Morgan Hill!

We visited on a Sunday, and it wasn't too crowded, which was nice because the kids had plenty of room to play. They also have party rooms available, and the rooms are a good size for birthday celebrations and group events. My only suggestion is that the food court service could be more attentive. It often seemed like no one was at the counter when assistance was needed. Overall, it was a fun experience, and I'd recommend it for families with young children.

My group participated in the mini golf with neon, and glow in the dark theme. The children had a blast. The kid golf clubs were filthy. I did make a comment to the young staff, it seemed as if they're not cleaned often. There are three bathroom stalls, not enough to accommodate the plethora of children coming. Plus, there was no soap and the second time I escorted the girls to the bathroom there were no paper towels. Are there bathroom checked to replenish these items? The play area was a hot mess two female staff was sitting and talking, later I did see them picking up balls from the ball pit. But no supervision or enforcing rules with the children. Overall the children enjoyed themselves but the lack of staff supervision, dirty equipment, and no soap and paper towels in the female bathroom, I wouldn't recommend.

A lot of them are young and can appreciate their maturity. The party were separated into three rooms. The first room had three huge jumpy that reminded me of wipeout and American gladiator. They also had a photo booth in there as well. The second room had a huge obstacle course as well as a huge slide and basketball ball jumpy house. There was also a small play area for younger kids as well. This room came with a bubble machine that could be a add on. The third room was the party room. We had a pizza party and all the kids had juice boxes. Pizza was pretty good. We brought our own cake and snack bags. The staff set everything up for us. Truly convenient and kids had a blast. Highly recommended.

Since the website doesn't provide a lot of detailed information, I called to ask questions about the party packages and what was included. The employee I spoke with was helpful, and because this is a significant investment (around $1,000 for our family) speaking to someone was essential prior to booking online. The next day, I received a follow-up phone call from Pump It Up asking if I had any additional questions. During the conversation, the representative interrupted me and asked if she could call me back. I told her that was completely fine, but unfortunately I never received a call back. While this may seem like a small thing, it really put the customer experience into perspective for us. When making a large investment for a child's birthday party, communication and follow-through are very important. After not receiving the promised callback, we ultimately decided this was not the right place for our family to host our child's celebration. I'm sharing this feedback in hopes that future customers receive more consistent communication during the booking process.

Our daughter can come every day, at any time including GLOW, for free during the 30 days. There are SO MANY zones here, including an iWall (interactive running, dancing, poses, etc), a cycloBEAT (two stationary bikes to race flying through obstacles, racing over water and on streets, etc), Dodgeball, Double Mega Launch (two HUGE slides to go down), Freestyle jump (jump, spin, flip, play), Air court (play basketball, soccer, volleyball and more dodgeball), and Toddler zone (a smaller jump area to run up walls and over obstacles for tots). There is a dinning area and snack bar with various treats and quick eats like pizza and nachos. There is an enclosed open party area to host a birthday, lots of arcade games, clean restrooms, oversized comfy chairs for parents to observe from and massage chairs to pamper while the little play. We will return during the 30 day pass and dependent on the usage we may purchase the annual membership ($259), which is half off a 12 month membership month to month at $43.99 (based on an Extra Play membership). The Basic Play membership is limited at $36.99 and offers 50% off GLOW (vs free as Extra Play). GLOW is a BIG DEAL to our daughter so that's a must have for us to have included. GLOW, at this location, does not begin until 8 PM.With so many other kids playing, our daughter bounced between kids to play with and enjoyed a couple longer than others. At 9:15, majority of the kids our daughter was playing with were gone. With the drastic decline in playmates and the closure of one zone it dampened her spirits. The late start of GLOW will likely be our greatest reason for not becoming members. We tried it on a Saturday this time. We will try again on a Friday to see if there is any difference in play and length of attendance. Overall, such a great experience with updated, modernized play spaces for big and little kids alike.

The staff didn't inform us paying for one month means they will continue charging. When we payed for the 2nd time in half year, the staff also didn't tell us we are paying for two subscriptions- for the SAME KID. They only told us it's cheaper to pay for a month than paying for a day.

I celebrated my daughter's 10th birthday party here, and unfortunately, the experience was…read moreextremely disappointing. She chose the clay art activity with a "Sea Friends" theme because it sounded creative and exciting for the kids, but the actual experience did not meet expectations at all. There were only three very simple animal designs offered, which was far too limited for a two-hour birthday party and not engaging enough to keep the children interested. The employees assisting with the activity did not appear to be properly trained to host or manage a children's party. Their instructions were unclear, they spoke very softly, and there was little enthusiasm or interaction with the kids. The atmosphere felt dull and unorganized instead of fun and energetic like a birthday celebration should be. Many of the children lost interest quickly because there was no excitement, guidance, or effort to keep them engaged. What was most disappointing was that, despite booking a two-hour party, the actual clay activity lasted only around 40 minutes. After that, there was very little for the kids to do, leaving them bored and restless for most of the remaining time. As a parent spending money to create a memorable milestone birthday for my daughter, I expected a much better-planned and professionally hosted experience. I chose this place hoping it would create happy memories for my daughter and her friends, but instead it turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience for both the kids and the parents attending the party.
