Her work was so seamless and so through the catering was never a thought or a concern. It was my wedding day and the service was so outstanding and professional I was able to fully focus on enjoying my day and not concern myself with anything else. All special requests all needs, all requirements were met with complete perfection. There was zero, zero, zero issue or drama. Now the food. OMG. First it was gorgeous. I didn't know if I should look at it or eat it. The display was beyond fantastic. But it is food, ya gotta eat. Oh yeah, the trend of perfection continues. So very, very good. I don't have many opportunities to use catering but if I did I would make only one phone call and one call only. Saucy Salamander.

The consult really was helpful and understanding what we needed and how much we needed without ordering too much. Let me start by saying the chicken penne pasta with the béchamel sauce and spinach was delicious. Both pans went except for a couple of servings left. The balsamic brussels sprouts were delicious as a side and we ordered crispy bacon to be delivered on the side to add to the brussels sprouts later, we ordered the French string beans almondine, but requested butter to be used not olive oil and they were delicious. Both vegetables were a hit the jalapeño cornbread and the dinner rolls, Everyone loved along with the chicken satay skewers, which I highly recommend the peanut sauce was delicious. There wasn't a person who didn't comment about it. Thank you again for everything. I will use pallet pleasers again. Their store is clean. Professionalism is wonderful and they made it easy as possible in a very stressful situation. Everything was delivered still warm which was important.

Everything was delicious, beautifully prepared, and the entire experience was professional and seamless. I have never been much of a fish eater--I love shellfish, but what I jokingly call "swimmy fish" has never been my thing. Well, the cod they served completely changed my mind! It was absolutely delicious and one of my favorite things on the menu. Our officers and guests raved about the food throughout the evening. In fact, the officers enjoyed it so much that they were already asking if we could order our Thanksgiving meal from the same caterer! When you're organizing a large event, having a caterer you can rely on makes an enormous difference. The food was wonderful, the service was excellent, and they helped make our awards dinner a special evening. Highly recommend!

We ordered the 1/4 jerk (dark) chicken (juicy and the skin came off easily), jerk pork chop (slightly tough and better with the jerk sauce), 1/2 a slab of ribs (tender and smoky), a side of the jalapeño cole slaw (it was crunchy and refreshing, and I liked the sliced jalapenos), and the Jamaican rice and peas (this was comforting). There were also some samplings of jerk fish that was being passed out, and I just wished we got this instead! The fish was super flaky and yummy! The jerk seasoning is all homemade, and it's definitely flavorful, with a great spicy kick! Apparently, their seasonings/marinades are also sold, so if you want to kick up your meats and such, they're available! The husband-and-wife team are super friendly and welcoming. **Review for Well Dunn Catering**…read more Well Dunn Catering delivered an absolutely extraordinary experience for the 125 Years of Forestry reception. They transformed what is normally a standard office space into a dreamy, elegant setting that felt straight out of a premier ballroom. Every detail--from the décor to the lighting--radiated sophistication and creativity. The staff was exceptionally professional, friendly, and attentive at every turn. Their seamless coordination made the evening feel effortless. The chef's menu was nothing short of Michelin star-worthy--each bite offered a delicious blend of seafood and savory meats that left guests raving. The tea-smoked duck, in particular, was a standout favorite and gave the event an almost otherworldly touch. A special thank you goes to Sara H., the event planner of the century. Her attention to detail, genuine warmth, and thoughtful touches elevated the entire experience. She has a rare talent for making every interaction feel personal and every event feel magical. Thank you, Well Dunn, for doing exactly what your name promises--an event that was *well done* in every possible way!
