I'm extremely happy that I decided to rent these items, they went with my theme and they looked so real and elegant. I initially thought about making my own arch, but this was so cost effective and it was taken back afterwards, so I didn't need to figure out what I was going to do with it after. So, between the day I reached out and getting an invoice was probably 5 - 7 days max. It was very efficient process, which I really appreciated. Working with Yosira was a breeze! She was amazing to work with. She was very thorough, understood my vision and executed on my vision impeccably. She has a great eye for detail. She asked really great questions and thought about things I didn't even remember / consider. She helped me with finding food and drink vendors. The wedding was perfectly time managed. All my vendors knew where to be and what time to show up. She had a very structured timeline that she shared with me and communicated to the vendors. For the service and execution she rendered, I'd have happily paid 25% more than the quote because it was such an excellent service.
