The customer service is absolutely outstanding! Your drink will never be empty, your table will never be dirty. We ordered the bocce balls because they sounded intriguing. The meatball was so tasty, but clearly they were microwaved because the dough was a bit rubbery and seemed to get progressively rubbery as it cooled down.... But that meatball is so good! I think they would be amazing fresh! If they could big d a way to make those bad boys cooked to order, you would be something that makes this place a destination location! Some backstory of 2 Doors Down looks like this: Opened their doors in 2009, 2 Doors Down, was two doors down from their other popular restaurant, Pizzeria Venti. (I have yet to try Pizzeria Venti.) I ordered an impossible burger with bottomless fries and a drink. The Impossible burger included shredded lettuce, tomatoes, red onion and ketchup relish. the vegan patty is pretty delicious. We had such a great experience. We are in the middle of a cross-country trip and are in Cheyenne, WY, for the day. The staff was so helpful and attentive. A great place to eat. If you want to kick back, plug in your iPad, do a little work and have great food, this is a great place to do that. The service is extremely good. Today two gentlemen kept every single table, full of water, refilled sodas, kept each table clean and neat when someone left and kept it going in a very positive manner. We were driving through Cheyenne and wanted to grab a quick bite to eat, Yelp turned us on to this place. The service was excellent with several young folks asking if they could refill our drinks and if everything was tasting good, which it was. We both ordered burgers and they were delicious. The vegetables were fresh/crisp and the meat was cooked to perfection. We arrived fairly early on a Monday, 11am or so, and by 11:30 the line was almost out the door. What a wonderful experience. From the host greeting us at the door, to the cashier and all the teen staff we felt totally welcomed and taken care of. The music was a nice level so that you could actually talk without yelling and tables were nicely spaced. Every hamburger we tried was wonderful and we had to decide whether to use our stomach space for the huge hamburgers, yummy shakes or the fries. My 2 year old daughter and I visited this restaurant today, it was pretty busy but we were able to order our food quickly. A very helpful gentlemen, waiter, overheard my daughter asking to sit upstairs and recommended it, and also informed us there was a booth open. We had a little bit of a wait for our food but nothing unusual for any other restaurant. We both had burgers and I ordered Mac n cheese bites as well. I enjoyed our appetizers very much. Our burgers were fresh and delicious. The fries were a little bit of a let down, they tasted a bit freezer burnt maybe?? It was alright, we had plenty of food. There's allot of choices here in Cheyenne, lots of chain burgers and so-forth, and from the outside, this place doesn't look like much, but it's well worth your time to in and enjoy some of the best burgers we've had in a long time. When you first arrive, you're greeted by some of the friendliest Wyoming ladies, everyone on the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The service was exceptional and I challenge anyone to find a better burger; I had the barnyard and it was amazing. So, if you're in Cheyenne and/or passing through, it's a just a short drive off I-80 but worth the visit and it's a local Wyoming business that we should all be supporting over the chain establishments. read more

Lunch downtown during Cheyenne Frontier Days! Service definitely 5 stars all the way!! The super friendly young man who gave us our napkins and flatware was very cool! He was so proud of his new shirt, and was very excited to see that my husband was also wearing the same brand! The rest of the people helping us were equally friendly, and food arrived quickly and hot. I got a Mushroom Swiss burger, and Hubby got the Philly Cheesesteak. 2 Doors Down is a very good place for burgers. You order at the counter, fill up your own drink, find a table, and then your food is brought out to you. They've got good burgers, which is my favorite food. One thing that bugs me is someone will come offering to fill up your drink but sense their is a soda fountain that I can access myself I'd rather to it myself since I know how much ice I want in the cup.
