There's literally a reason I have that sign up, which I don't need to go into. There's no damage to my roof whatsoever, and the fact he chose to ignore my sign is not only rude and disrespectful, but it shows his own ignorance. I would never choose a company that's so pushy and disrespectful to strangers let alone potential clients. He should be ashamed of himself for being rude and/or illiterate. If I (or anybody else) actually needed roofing services, then I would be the one contacting a roofer not the other way around. This company is garbage. I would give less than one star if I could tbh. Additionally, I just had my roof replaced so if a roofing company can't take one look at my roof and see that it was just replaced less than a month ago then I would have no faith in them anyway. So they do not follow directions and clearly aren't good at their trade. 0/10

Best roof inspection and advice I ever had…read more I cannot say enough good things about Garett Kates from GK HOMES AND ROOFING. We had our roof replaced by a different company in October 2023. About a year after that we found exposed nails in there and decided to get independent roof inspection. Garret looked at it, and that was not just look. Roof inspection he did was much longer then inspection from original company and much more thorough and detailed. There not just nails exposed, but improper flashing sealing, missing valleys flashing, silicon improperly applied to the bottom on a valley, etc. Garret prepared comprehensive report, reviewed our contract with original company pointing what was done incorrectly and even advised how to proceed further as we still have warranty from original company. Also want to note that inspection and advice were given free of charge. Definitely if we had known about GK HOMES AND ROOFING earlier we would use it instead. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. They don't stand behind their work…read more Silver Creek replaced my roof last year. In the process, they ruined the ceiling of my outside patio by using nails that punctured the whole ceiling leaving pock marks all over the surface. To fix the issue caused by Silver Creek roofers, Colten Husband, owner of Silver Creek, had his crew install INTERIOR paneling on my OUTSIDE patio ceiling to cover the nail holes. Interior materials are clearly intended for INSIDE and not OUTSIDE use especially in severe climates like Texas. Naturally, the materials started falling apart quickly after installation. We asked Colten to fix the issue several times and he refused. We have had three contractors come to review the work and all of the gasped at the poor work Silver Creek did to our patio including using interior materials on an outdoor patio as well as the poor installation. Due to Silver Creek's error ruining my patio ceiling, we are forced to fix the damages they caused. Beware of companies that don't stand behind their work.
