They were inline with the others so price wasn't the main selling factor for me. It was that Maston was extremely informative and honest up front. If you need a roof, I highly recommend considering Ace Roofing for the job.

Wow! Ace Roofing really saved the day for us during our home sale…read more We were in the middle of selling our house here in Austin when a roof inspection came back with a laundry list of repairs. After getting a few estimates, Ace Roofing was the clear winner. What really earned the 5 stars: The Price: Their quote was significantly more affordable than the initial inspection report estimates. It made a huge difference in our closing costs. The Owner Connection: I was impressed that DJ, the owner, actually came out to our house to meet us personally. You don't see that kind of local, hands-on service much anymore. The Paperwork: Garry, the project manager, provided full photos and documentation of all the work they accomplished. Having those photos to show the buyers gave them peace of mind that the work was done well. If you're looking for an honest, reliable roofer in the Austin area who won't overcharge you, definitely give these guys a call. So glad I reached out to them!

Based on recommendations from our neighborhood Facebook group, we called Top Dog Roofing to inspect…read moreour roof after the big ice storm in Austin. They found long term hail damages and helped us work with our homeowner insurance to get our whole roof replaced. Top Dog only charged us the amount set by insurance, which is way less than what other companies quoted us. My agent from Top Dog was Vance Blair. He was the nicest guy - friendly, knowledgeable, super attentive and punctual. He was helpful without being pushy. He responded to all my texts and calls within the hour. He guided us step by step while dealing with insurance and in getting approval from the HOA. The Top Dog team replaced my whole roof in one day. The team was fast, efficient, and respectful to us and our property. They did a thorough cleanup after the job. It's been 4 months and the roof holds up great and beautiful. We were very happy with Top Dog Roofing and highly recommend them. Thank you, Vance and the Top Dog team, for a job well done!

From the first inspection, Jon made sure that all the elements of this type of job were clearly explained, including how to manage the process with our insurance company. We really appreciated him taking the time to come out and explain all of the contracts. He also came out to double check the work completed from each of the teams that came out to our property. The roofing team were on-time, professional, and dedicated to completing quality work, as were the other contractors brought in to manage other elements of our project (i.e. gutters, window screens, repairing drywall from a leak that happened inside). We also appreciated the consideration taken during clean up outside since we have puppy who loves to find things in our yard. We would highly recommend Jon and his crew to anyone who needs help with their roof replacements.

We first reached out to 21st Century Painters back in May 2022 for a whole-house estimate. Although…read morewe weren't ready to kick off the project just yet, their reasonable quote and stellar reputation in the Austin area kept them at the top of my list. Fast forward to March 2026: as we began preparing for broader home renovations, we reconnected with them for an updated whole-house quote. After hiring a handyman to take care of minor repairs around the house, we were finally ready to paint by May. Because 21st Century is so popular with local school districts and commercial clients, their summer schedule fills up fast. However, they promised they could start our project in August during the first week of school, and they delivered right on schedule. Throughout the planning phase, they were incredibly responsive to all my questions and accommodating whenever I needed to update our project scope. When work began, the execution was incredible. They initially estimated the job would take between a week and a half to two weeks. For our nearly 3,200 sq. ft. home, we stayed at a nearby Airbnb expecting a longer process, but their team was so efficient they started on Monday and wrapped up completely by Saturday! The quality of work was outstanding, and their customer service is truly top-notch. As a self-proclaimed perfectionist, I was amazed when I did my initial walkthrough. There were only a few minor spots that needed touch-ups; everything else looked flawless. The owner, Gary, and project manager, Mike, maintained excellent communication and knew the exact status of the project at all times. The crew was courteous, respectful of our belongings, and made sure the house was securely locked up every day. During the final walkthrough, Gary personally ensured I was 100% satisfied and had the team address the few touch-up spots right on the spot. They were so appreciative of our flexibility with scheduling that they even brought a box of donuts to the final walkthrough! Our home literally feels brand new now, and we are so excited to enjoy it for years to come. I will definitely be hiring 21st Century for any future painting needs.
