All of the workers I came in contact with were very courteous and respectful of the property and residents, they always made us aware of what was going to be done and what was happening at the moment and why. After giving him half down, he came over, took a solar panel down and said he needed to replace it and then never came back or answered our phone calls, and it's been almost six months. Everytime I call, he ignores the call and never bothers to call back, but he has cashed the check we gave him. A family member called him to inquire about new work to see if he was in the business of ghosting everyone. He answered within 10 minutes. When she told him the real reason he was calling he made up an excuse that he was not in his office (he doesn't have an office, check his address on Google maps) and that he would call back the next day. Nothing, completely ghosted. Look for someone else as times are tough right now and people might be hard up for money to start pulling scam deals like this. A Complete DISASTER from beginning to end. This was a commercial job and cost a quarter of a…read moremillion dollars. As far as I can tell they applied a thin coat of white paint. Within 6 months, the entire surface of the roof was split and cracked and leaking like mad. They refused to do anything about it and said that me going up there to try to patch the splits to stop water from POURING into the building was voiding the warranty. I've attached a photo of the roof with all the patches I tried to put on over the bigger cracks and splits, and a video of water squirting out from a seam when I step on the leak water that collected under the roof layer at the base of the sloped roof before seeping down into the building. I finally had to hire another company to do a whole other roof, and the damage was such that they also had to remove all the underlayers which were now soaked. It cost a fortune.

I'd been working with Will at CCR and he got his crew (Primo & others) to figure out, once and for all, what was wrong. (Several earlier efforts had failed.) Well, they found the problem, and it was a doozy, requiring a full day with a full crew to repair both problems, which they scheduled promptly. Since then, no leaks at all. But not only that--they took a look at an earlier repair around a skylight on the other side of my room and did some preemptive repairs there as well. I was hugely impressed with the hands-on approach with Will, his knowledge and experience, returning calls & texts promptly, and the reasonable cost of repair. Although I hope not to have any additional roofing problems anytime soon, if I do, I will call CCR and Will first. Very highest recommendation!
