ATX is a family owned business who left a flyer at my door with a roof inspection sheet. I called them and they came out today to check for storm damage from April 9 hailstorm. My roof didn't have hail damage which is good . They will send me a quote to repair and/or replace roof. I liked this company. ATX put a new roof on our house in 2020. They did the work as promised and on schedule. Four years later, we had a small leak. Not a big deal, things happen. What matters is that I called ATX, and they treated me seriously, never questioning the warranty or what might have happened. Two crew members came over the same day and made a temporary fix. I had some wind damage to some shingles on my roof. I had called my insurance company who had called one company out who quoted me one price and then when they ran it through my insurance, it was $100 more. The guy did not even get on my roof. I know it cost money to roll a truck and I get that. I had first called and then contacted them via email after seeing them doing work in my neighborhood. I had figured since they were doing one roof, they could jet on over to my house and within 30 minutes be done. I had not heard back from these guys after calling them twice. I did shoot them an email and was contacted a few days later. I had figured they were just busy. I got a call from Chris today around noontime. I explained to him what I needed. I just needed a "roofing minimum". He apparently rolled by my house and told me I did have a few shingles that needed to be nailed down. I had told him about the previous company that had come out and another roofing company who used to drum up business by walking the neighborhood. Chris was a straight shooter. He was upfront and honest. He was doing a job in Georgetown and offered to come out today, which I appreciated. He was concerned that it was going to rain in the next few days and suggested I better get my roof fixed before it started raining. I called Chris back an hour later and his crew swung by after 530pm. I appreciate Chris' professionalism. I will definitely be calling these guys again. read more

He matched the price of another quote I had received, and even threw in a couple of gutters at no additional charge. The crew was very diligent and hardworking. I was impressed as to how they cleaned up the yard so thoroughly, picking up every little scrap of old roofing, nails, etc. And this is silly, but we had a bird's nest in one of our fence plants with three newly hatched fledglings that I was concerned would be harmed from the old roof being tossed to the ground, and the crew was kind enough to work around them. My house had hail damage and I needed a good roofing company to help me out. I am so pleased I found ATX roofing. I had a wonderful experience dealing with them. They made the whole process of getting my roof replaced run so smoothly and seem so easy. Not only were they helpful and knowledgeable about what was best for my home, they were also very helpful in dealing with my insurance company, which I greatly appreciated. Kyle Leinen spent a lot of time answering my questions and explaining everything in detail. I found him to be very honest and true to his word. They called to let me know when they had ordered the materials, they called again to let me know when the materials would be delivered to my home and when they would be coming to my home. They even called to remind me the day before and tell me what time they would be coming in the morning. Not only did they arrive on time, but they spent a lot of time covering my yard with tarps and screens to protect my plants and air-conditioner. They did a great job tearing off the old roof and putting on the new roof. They made repairs where needed and replaced dry rot they found at no additional charge.They did a beautiful job putting on the new shingles and ridge top vents-my roof looks fantastic! They then spent a LOT of time cleaning and picking up their mess afterwards. They not only picked up and swept stray nails and materials, but they hosed down my side-walk and drive way. My yard was cleaner than how they found it. 30 minutes after the crew left, Kyle Leinen returned to inspect the roof to make sure that everything had been done properly. I was so impressed!!! ATX Roofing did a great job on my metal roof. Dustin Leinen was superior to work with and provided great customer service. We ended up being like family. Dustin took care of any issues that may have come up while on the job and was here to see the job completed in a timely manner. Having my share of bad contractor experiences over the years, we are happy to write this very positive review on ATX Roofing. Our roof was damaged by hail. ATX responded and accompanied my insurance representative throughout the inspection. A new roof was selected, scheduled and installed. The process went very smoothly and the crew did a fantastic job of removal of the old roof as well as installing the new one. The entire process took only two days and the house not only looks better but has enhanced the value as well as the curb appeal. I highly recommend this company. My 80-year old Mother and her near 90-year old neighbor widow hired ATX roofing to remove their existing flat roofs and install new roofs on their adjoining duplex. As it turned out there were two older previously installed roofs one being a typical asphalt type roof and a second overlying roof that was a gravel and asphalt roof. Instead of doing what they were paid to do and remove these two old roofs, ATX Roofing covered them both up including the gravel roof. In addition to this there was either previous wood damage that they did not repair and replace or they did not install their new roof properly and water was allowed to get in under the roof causing water damage. These two senior women could not physically get on the roof to monitor what ATX was doing, so ATX took advantage of them. Now these roofs have to be replaced and the damage repaired at a significantly greater price. I do not know how any company can be so dishonest. read more

We had a FABULOUS experience with ATX Roofing and our contractor Ty! We live in the Lakeway area and our home was badly affected by a major hail and rain storm in April of this year. We needed a new roof, painting, new window beading and new screens. We had 2-3 different companies come out to give us an estimate on work - our insurance was covering the repairs - but we really wanted to select and work with someone that could do it all and that was trustworthy, professional and local. After researching each company and speaking with them as well, we selected Ty at ATX Roofing. Ty was genuine, friendly and very knowledgeable about all of the things we were going to need replaced/redone. He worked with the insurance company to make sure that we were covered properly and explained all details of everything very clearly - it can be a confusing process so we were very thankful to have Ty there to keep us informed!
