This business was not the only entity complicit in my experience, so there was blame to be shared. As far as the quality of work, it appears to be quality work. The original job was done relatively quickly and I was contenelt with the communication and professionalism of his workers. Only reason not 5 stars is because it took a long time to resolve an issue that was not known until the rainy season after the original install. Another business had fault in the process as well for the fixes needed. I would recommend this business.

We just used Top Notch Roofing. Steven was great to work with, and they had a more than fair price…read more It was between them and another company, but the reviews (be sure to check the BBB.org reviews for anyone you are looking at) and Steven's attention to detail put them over the top. I have had several roofs replaced on our homes and properties over the years, and I can tell you this experience was by far the best one I have ever had. Then on installation day, the crew went to great lengths to protect the house and property. They put down tarps, and moved anything that might get damaged (and put everything back), magnetically swept for nails, and continuously picked up after themselves. It was a long, over 12 hour day, but they stripped the roof back to wood, installed the synthetic felt and the roof shingles all in one day (your milage may differ depending on roof size). The roof looks great, and I couldn't find a shingle, roof nail, or anything else out of place. I even tossed Steven a curve ball, asking for a solar powered roof vent about halfway through the day. The local supplier didn't have the right size for my attic. Rather than just selling me a underpowered in stock unit that would have made life much easier for him, he drove to Gatesville the next day to pick up the correct sized unit and had it installed that same day. Steven personally came by a few times during the day to make sure everything was going well, check in, and see if I had any questions. He went above and beyond by also helping me with an addition that was being roofed by the building contractor, making sure that we ended up with matching correctly installed roofs even though he didn't make a dime off of that roof. He in fact personally returned the shingles that were left over from that roof to the supplier scoring me a nice little refund. I just can't recommend Steven and Top Notch roofing enough.

With the wind and hail damage in our area, I was skeptical about having a roofing company come out to inspect the damage. There were so many "fly by night" solicitors that were coming to our house. I had seen Paxton Roofing's work on a neighbor's house; it was beautiful and decided to call. It was the best decision I ever made. They took care of everything. The roof installation was done in a day, and every last scrap of roof and debris was picked up from the yard and disposed of. They installed a fence, and it looks AMAZING! Thank you, Paxton Roofing.
