We enjoyed a tasty brunch on Father's Day. There were some initial concerns with the service when the waitress brought all of my items deconstructed. Once the manager learned of this, he immediately took action to rectify. People are allowed errors, but how you respond in the aftermath says quite a bit. Pro Tip: Opt for a seat on the front or back porch.

Custom Rockfish dinner for our anniversary and lamb and bacon from the chef's table.

Biggest asset to the resort. We just celebrated our anniversary at 18TWENTY and Chef made us a custom dinner at our request. Everything was spot on, service, ambiance and of course the meal itself. There is a reason this place is our favorite restaurant. Oh and the cocktails are out of this world.

Rockfish dinner at 1820 -- yummmmm yum

I had the rockfish and it was delicious! The caramelized pears, mashed potatoes, crab and fish was altogether star-worthy. I recommend dinner here and also lunch. The 1820 salad with salmon was amazing!

The dining room was busy; no host/hostess was present, however. Decided to try the adjacent bar and perhaps get dinner there. Sat at a table, but after no attention for 15 minutes, moved to the long, white, main bar and plopped down in front of a bartender. Got service immediately. Started with cream of crab soup--subtle, flavorful. Then turned to a rockfish dish as well as a crabcake offering, with sides of coleslaw and veggies. All of it was very good, light tasting, executed with modern flair. The plating was appealing too. Nice vibe in the bar, almost hushed, as folks can enjoy a tranquil view of the Chesapeake Bay. A replica of the "Three Soldiers" statue, from the National Vietnam Memorial site in DC, is found outside, on the expansive grounds of this multifaceted establishment. It's well done and memorable.

Then Libbey's opened in Spring of 2022. I have not been here since the new owners took over and why, who knows but shame on me! Same cute concept, menu is great, and equally as good as the last restaurant that was here. Service was great and every staff member was super nice. Definitely date day/night worthy! Ladies come with your most relaxing dress or casual outfit. Single ladies, tons of single men at the below deck, if you want alone time get a table inside or on the patio on the upstairs deck. Views are gorgeous! That sunset and view is stunning! Let's get into it! Cocktails - This is a more refined restaurant so no slushie drinks here! They do have a great cocktail menu, I opted for Prosecco which they had! Not everyone does! Had to point that out! Calamari - Portion size is a bit on the smaller side for the price but it was good! Fresh! And the sweet chili sauce was delicious. Crab Dip - You know I had to try this! I personally needed more flavor so I added old bay which did the trick. Lots of fresh lump crab! Crème of Crab - Delicious! No complaints! Side salad - Delicious! No complaints! I ordered a crab cake sandwich too but had the waitress box it up to go because 2 apps, a soup and a salad were plenty. Definitely order one app, if you're going to get an entree.

First of all, can we just talk about how cute historic Stevensville is?!!! There's a cute little historic Post Office and cute little shops. Anyway, the food here was great! We came a bit early so we were seated right away in the bar portion of the restaurant. But mid-dinner, the place started getting packed! This is a popular place! We started with drinks. She ordered a smoked old fashioned which was an experience! The smoke lingered for a bit. I got the limoncello martin, which had this delicious foam on top. They were both STOUT drinks and very tasty. For dinner I ordered the special, which was the Seafood Cannelloni. OMG, it was so good! The pasta tubes were stuffed with shrimp, scallops, crabmeat, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, and spinach. The sambuca cream sauce was divine! It was sweet. Not overly sweet, but enough to keep you going in for another bite. I ate the whole dish!!! My partner ordered the Linguine Seven Fishes. She loved it. Overall, it was a great experience! Tobias was an attentive server and everyone on the staff was friendly. There's parking in the back. We'll definitely come back!

Highly recommend!

It was a pretty nice day so we opted to sit on the deck which was also heated. We ordered the clams casino and fried green tomatoes to start. I only tried the clams casino was appreciated the flavor, size of the clams, and the use of gluten free panko. They were good! I also got a cup of Maryland crab soup which was really delicious and well flavored with the perfect amount of Old Bay seasoning. For my entree, I got a house salad with blue cheese gorgonzola dressing and grilled chicken. This was probably the most disappointing part of the meal - the chicken tasted like it had been steamed and totally unseasoned. It desperately needed salt, pepper, garlic powder, anything! It was super bland. The dressing wasn't very flavorful either and definitely didn't have the funky blue cheese taste I was hoping for. I usually love a salad but this one was really lacking flavor.

The hostess and waitress were so kind, friendly, and accommodating! They brought out a water bowl for our dog. We ordered the whole oysters flash fried (special of the day), the shrimp and grits, and the shrimp salad sandwich with island fries (upgraded for 3.50). The oysters were fantastic. Freshly fried and super juicy. We loved them. Our sandwich and shrimp&grits took a while to get to us, but worth the wait. The shrimp in the grits were massive. My husband couldn't finish it all. The shrimp salad was stellar. And the brioche bun went so well. I will say the island fries had a spice we didn't love. The queso dip it came with was good. Didn't love the chili aioli it came with. It was weirdly sweet. I'd probably stick to the regular fries next time. Service is a little slower than were use to, but it definitely fit the vibe of the area. Just low key and relaxing. We would definitely come back!
