Great spot to dine! Beautiful views and the food is delicious! My favorite is the crab dip and the island fries! So yummy! Can't wait to dine again here this summer!!

This is a cute place on the water with even cuter views. The ambiance is the best selling point of this area as you can look out at the bay. The food is decent. I got the firecracker shrimp. I expected it to be breaded and was a little disappointed when they weren't. The plate came out warm but not hot but the shrimp was well cooked and I liked the accompanying sauces. One trick is I got a side of cheese risotto and it made a nice little shrimp and rice bowl. Friend got the crab pizza which he enjoyed.

Beautiful Setting, Disappointing Meal My wife and I stopped at Bridges Restaurant for a late lunch on our way to Fenwick Island. It was a nice evening, so when the hostess asked if we wanted to sit inside or out, we chose to eat on the pier. The outdoor setting was great -- a peaceful waterfront view and fans running to keep the flies away. Unfortunately, that's where the highlights ended. I was really looking forward to a sandwich I had seen on Yelp, but our server told us that lunch was over and we had to order from the dinner menu. It was disappointing -- a waterfront seafood restaurant with outdoor seating and no sandwiches available? The only sandwich option was a burger. To me, ordering a burger at a seafood spot is like going to a steakhouse and getting lasagna. We decided to make the best of it and placed our orders. My wife had a side salad and pork tacos with rice. I ordered the sidewinder fries, cream of crab soup, and firecracker shrimp. The food looked good when it arrived. The salad was fresh, and the cream of crab soup was actually the best thing we had -- rich and flavorful. But everything else missed the mark. Pork tacos were dry and lacked flavor; the rice was just plain and unmemorable. Sidewinder fries weren't worth the price -- they tasted like frozen fries despite the server saying they were house-made. Firecracker shrimp were a real letdown. The menu says "flash-fried," and they weren't kidding -- they were barely cooked. Small shrimp, underseasoned, not spicy, and missing the crispiness or coating you'd expect. Definitely needed more time in the fryer and more flavor overall. Overall, the location was the star, but the food didn't live up to the setting. With so many other restaurants in the area, I'm not sure I'd return. I'd rather try somewhere new before giving Bridges another shot.

Our party of five adults and 1 baby had a blast here. After tax and tips we paid $295. While it is a bit pricey, the food was well worth it. Please refer to the attached receipt for the price. The good: Cajun rockfish and stuffed shrimp. I thought the two entrees did what they advertised. The great: everything but the bowl cream of crab. The soft shell crab and mussels and crab cakes just hit differently. My parents loved the fries and mashed potatoes. My wife loved the soft shell crab's texture. My cousin really enjoyed the calamari and the sweet/tangy sauce. The excellent: bowl cream of crab soup. I loved the creaminess of the soup. I loved the consistency. I loved the bits and pieces in the soup. The taste and texture and everything about the soup worked! Forget everything else because this soup banged. The service was awesome as well. I would go back just for the soup though. The soup was great by the way. Have you guys ordered the soup yet? Soup.

Another 5 star dining experience!! Great food and service. Comfortable waterside dining at its best.

Decided to try a new spot than our usual tried and true favorites. That was a mistake. The food was underwhelming and overpriced for what it was. The door staff quoted a different market price for the soft shell crab than the waitress. Service was slow. The outside is seating is minimal decor. Overall there are better places and I would skip this.

As you can see from my past ten reviews I love to stop here for lunch on my way to and from my family in Virginia. I again stopped here for lunch to enjoy my bourbon smash for $12 and my usual tuna sashimi for $19.50. My total bill was $67 excluding gratuity. Selvin M. served us very well. We agreed we will continue to return here for lunch when we travel to and from Virginia.

Nice oceanfront restaurant with lots of seafood options! I liked the firecracker shrimp & crabcake but I wasn't the biggest fan of the soft shell crab. It was on the saltier side for sure. The service was good & they had plenty of seating both outdoors & indoors. So a good place to visit if you're in the area to enjoy a meal by the water.

This restaurant is perfectly located between DC and the Delaware/Maryland shores. During the summer, the outdoor dining area offers a beautiful waterfront view. We recently visited during the holidays. The indoor dining room was beautifully decorated. My granddaughter loves the Island fries. Usually I don't order fries because not many places can do it well. But the Bridges Island fries are well-seasoned and served with flavorful dipping sauces. Even the fries that came with the Bridges smash burgers were really nicely done. The salads were very fresh. This restaurant ranks among my granddaughter's top favorites, which means the review starts with a 5 star. Add to that the delicious food, warm hospitality, excellent service, and reasonable pricing, it's clear that the 5-star rating is well deserved.

Beautiful view of Kent Narrows. It was great to sit out on the deck overlooking the water. The food is great! I had a Seafood Club sandwich--club sandwich with a crab cake and shrimp salad on toasted brioche. Really good! My husband had a good Cuban sandwich. Sandwiches come with a choice of fries, house salad or Caesar salad--which is nice to have choices of included sides. Outside, they have seating for diners with dogs. Plus outdoor bar sThis restaurant is conveniently located just off Route 50...a great stop on the way to the Maryland and Delaware beaches.

Beautiful views. Great service. Delicious food. Love coming here when I am on Kent Island. I take my family out here often. Never disappoints. If you want the burger you have to come during lunch time as it is not part of the dinner menu. My mom loves the burger. But the pizza is even better.

Knoxie's Table in Stevensville Maryland! What a gem of a restaurant! A little fancy, a little…read morerelaxed and all very good! The restaurant was hopping. Very crowded and lots of servers, bus people and workers. They were all moving around with great speed, carrying big trays full of food and constantly cleaning up after a table had been vacated. It was like watching some sort of massive choreographed musical number in a Broadway show. Almost every table was full when we arrived. Conservations and laughter rang throughout the restaurant all night. The activity added to the nice ambiance of the busy dining room. The food was very good. I started out with the half and half cream of crab/Maryland vegetable crab soup. Very good! Was it the best I have ever had? Probably not but it has nothing to be ashamed of. Okay, so maybe the thickening agent (flour?) was a bit heavy but I enjoyed the heck out of that soup nonetheless. I ate every drop and wished I had more! My main course was pecan crusted halibut. OMG fantastic! A huge piece of halibut that was perfectly cooked and presented. The sauce was delightfully sweet and savory at the same time. I loved that fish! You know what else I loved at Knoxie's Table? Sarah, our server! She was friendly, talkative, efficient, helpful and really nice to be around. From the moment Sarah introduced herself, she showed us just about the sweetest disposition of anyone I have ever met. And she was a great server on top of that! Thank you, Sarah, for making our dinner at Knoxie's Table a wonderful experience. It is a bit weird to drive over 1 hour to the Eastern Shore to go to a restaurant that is not on the water. Usually, when we drive that far, we are headed to a destination restaurant with beautiful views of the Chesapeake, cool breezes off the water or something to remind ourselves that we are in a different place. Here, in Knoxie's Table, you could be anywhere. You are not on the water, there is no view of a dramatic sunset, you don't see flocks of seagulls agitating each other for a scrap of food. But you go to Knoxie's Table on the strength of the food and, in our case, the luck of having a wonderful server like Sarah. I will have other meals where I see the Chesapeake or smell the fresh air off the Bay. But I will never have a dining experience as perfect as the one I just had at Knoxie's Table. I highly recommend Knoxie's Table to one and all!

What a delightful, cozy and classy joint! Visiting Kent Island over Christmas, my sister-in-law…read morepicked this location as a great family spot to check out. It was a Friday night and started out laid back but soon became the place to be! The crab dip is one of the best around. Thick, a little spice, lumps of crab, and a great cracker/bread to drip ratio! Usually, there's plenty of dip left over once the bread is gone but this dish was perfect with crackers and small naan bread rounds. My main dish was the shrimp and grits - a delightfully delish concoction with blackened shrimp, yellow cheddar grits, andouille sausage, peppers, onions, scallions, and cajun cream. The service was friendly and frequent. With the location and variety of menu options, make plans soon to visit!
