First of all, can we just talk about how cute historic Stevensville is?!!! There's a cute little historic Post Office and cute little shops. Anyway, the food here was great! We came a bit early so we were seated right away in the bar portion of the restaurant. But mid-dinner, the place started getting packed! This is a popular place! We started with drinks. She ordered a smoked old fashioned which was an experience! The smoke lingered for a bit. I got the limoncello martin, which had this delicious foam on top. They were both STOUT drinks and very tasty. For dinner I ordered the special, which was the Seafood Cannelloni. OMG, it was so good! The pasta tubes were stuffed with shrimp, scallops, crabmeat, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, and spinach. The sambuca cream sauce was divine! It was sweet. Not overly sweet, but enough to keep you going in for another bite. I ate the whole dish!!! My partner ordered the Linguine Seven Fishes. She loved it. Overall, it was a great experience! Tobias was an attentive server and everyone on the staff was friendly. There's parking in the back. We'll definitely come back!

Knoxie's Table in Stevensville Maryland! What a gem of a restaurant! A little fancy, a little…read morerelaxed and all very good! The restaurant was hopping. Very crowded and lots of servers, bus people and workers. They were all moving around with great speed, carrying big trays full of food and constantly cleaning up after a table had been vacated. It was like watching some sort of massive choreographed musical number in a Broadway show. Almost every table was full when we arrived. Conservations and laughter rang throughout the restaurant all night. The activity added to the nice ambiance of the busy dining room. The food was very good. I started out with the half and half cream of crab/Maryland vegetable crab soup. Very good! Was it the best I have ever had? Probably not but it has nothing to be ashamed of. Okay, so maybe the thickening agent (flour?) was a bit heavy but I enjoyed the heck out of that soup nonetheless. I ate every drop and wished I had more! My main course was pecan crusted halibut. OMG fantastic! A huge piece of halibut that was perfectly cooked and presented. The sauce was delightfully sweet and savory at the same time. I loved that fish! You know what else I loved at Knoxie's Table? Sarah, our server! She was friendly, talkative, efficient, helpful and really nice to be around. From the moment Sarah introduced herself, she showed us just about the sweetest disposition of anyone I have ever met. And she was a great server on top of that! Thank you, Sarah, for making our dinner at Knoxie's Table a wonderful experience. It is a bit weird to drive over 1 hour to the Eastern Shore to go to a restaurant that is not on the water. Usually, when we drive that far, we are headed to a destination restaurant with beautiful views of the Chesapeake, cool breezes off the water or something to remind ourselves that we are in a different place. Here, in Knoxie's Table, you could be anywhere. You are not on the water, there is no view of a dramatic sunset, you don't see flocks of seagulls agitating each other for a scrap of food. But you go to Knoxie's Table on the strength of the food and, in our case, the luck of having a wonderful server like Sarah. I will have other meals where I see the Chesapeake or smell the fresh air off the Bay. But I will never have a dining experience as perfect as the one I just had at Knoxie's Table. I highly recommend Knoxie's Table to one and all!

It was a Friday night and started out laid back but soon became the place to be! The crab dip is one of the best around. Thick, a little spice, lumps of crab, and a great cracker/bread to drip ratio! Usually, there's plenty of dip left over once the bread is gone but this dish was perfect with crackers and small naan bread rounds. My main dish was the shrimp and grits - a delightfully delish concoction with blackened shrimp, yellow cheddar grits, andouille sausage, peppers, onions, scallions, and cajun cream. The service was friendly and frequent. With the location and variety of menu options, make plans soon to visit!

We stopped by on a Friday for lunch and they posted a strong emphasis on live entertainment. A friend who frequents the area mentioned their music nights are especially popular and can draw quite a crowd. The location sits right on the waterfront, and I can imagine the sunsets here must be spectacular. Although it is conveniently located just off the main highway not far from the Chesapeake Bay Bridge, traffic noise never intruded on the dining experience. Our server was in the process of training a new staff member, and both were friendly, attentive, and polite throughout the meal. Menus are provided at the table, though prices are accessed by scanning a QR code. Pricing was very reasonable, and the menu offered a nice variety of both seafood and non-seafood options. The fish sandwich can be ordered either fried or grilled. The fish tasted fresh and flavorful, and the sandwich itself was satisfying without being overly heavy. While there was no house-made sauce, the freshly made potato chips were nice and thick, crisp and a standout side. Our friends shared a burger and a basket of fried shrimp, both of which they thoroughly enjoyed. Cold drinks arrived promptly and were perfect for the warm waterfront atmosphere. There were no overly complicated dishes or unexpected twists on the menu, but everything we ordered was well prepared, generously portioned, and tasty. This is definitely a spot I would recommend if you are in the area. Don't let the daytime appearance fool you -- this place clearly comes alive once the crowd and music arrive.

Freshly fried and super juicy. We loved them. Our sandwich and shrimp&grits took a while to get to us, but worth the wait. The shrimp in the grits were massive. My husband couldn't finish it all. The shrimp salad was stellar. And the brioche bun went so well. I will say the island fries had a spice we didn't love. The queso dip it came with was good. Didn't love the chili aioli it came with. It was weirdly sweet. I'd probably stick to the regular fries next time. Service is a little slower than were use to, but it definitely fit the vibe of the area. Just low key and relaxing. We would definitely come back!

We arrived early when we walked up there were one guy in a yellow staff shirt. He was already talking to a lady and a young man so we waited they proceeded to talk. He looked up at us but never acknowledged, spoke or ask if we needed help. The second staff person arrived didn't say anything either. Eventually a person in or group said excuse me and asked about the tiki bar. They were very short "it's in the back" the other person stated " you have to through the restaurant to get back there " " it doesn't open until 11". The First Gentlemen then went on to continue talking to the lady and explaining in details the tiki bar and the restaurant. We then walked back to our vehicle as we waited until 11 for them to open. When we walked up this time the first staff person that was mentioned previously goes " hey welcome etc" . It was interesting that he was so much more welcoming the second time which at that time a different staff person was standing there with him. That staff person handing the menus to the waiter and we proceeded to head to the back. So you cannot bring in your beach towels and you cant swim in the water. We were seated at 3:15 PM on a Friday. There were only three tables occupied and three servers working, so it wasn't even remotely busy. Unfortunately, our server, Sydney, disappeared--twice. After taking our drink order, she vanished for over 16 minutes before the drinks arrived. Then, after dropping off our food, she disappeared for good. We literally had to ask the bus girl, Aliyah, to go look for her. And bless her heart--Aliyah searched upstairs, downstairs, far and near trying to locate our server, but no luck. Meanwhile, the other waitstaff--including a young man working the other tables--were attentive and visible. It was frustrating to watch our table become the exception in what should've been a chill, easy service window. We shared our concerns with Sydney before paying. When I asked where she had gone, she told us she had been busy doing her chores--like cleaning bathrooms and things of that nature. That only added to my concern... If you're cleaning bathrooms in the middle of a shift, should you really be serving food and drinks? To be fair, the food was actually pretty good, which makes this review even more disappointing. I live nearby and usually frequent The Jetty or Libbey's, but I wanted to try something different. Sadly, this wasn't the experience I hoped for-

We were actually gathering our things to leave, when someone came. When I asked was there any Cinco de Mayo specials or HH, we were told that after 6pm HH ends, but they had specials for the day. Those specials were $8 for all appetizers. Our waitress was new, so she said she would confirm. We ordered Apps, pending confirmation. Nearly 10 mins later, we get our drinks and ask about the price of apps and were told Apps were not $8, and the order was placed. This was frustrating because I def. would have gone with my original idea of a steak taco for $17+ instead of $17+ rockfish tender apps, that I didn't really want upfront. Since we were told apps were likely $8 we decided to just order from that part of the menu to try out different things. Sigh. This place was never really my go to on the Island. It was cool to check out after so many years. Was hoping for the "Cinco de Mayo" vibes that were posted on social media, and it just fell flat for me. But go - enjoy it for yourself!
