I ordered a hard shell birthday cake cone and my girlfriend got a cookies & cream shake. The hard shell tasted pretty good but the ice cream inside was already melting when it was given to me. It made for a very messy time and I couldn't enjoy it the way I should have. My girlfriend's shake was ok but the oreo pieces were way too big. The shake was more like a McFlurry or Blizzard rather than a shake. It still tasted great, but if you order a shake you should get a shake. A friend ordered fried Oreos and they were fantastic. I'd definitely get these again. My brother told me their fried Nutter Butters are even better. Service was average as were the prices. My experience wasn't bad enough to completely turn me away, but next time I'll have to try some other things on their menu.

We ended up getting two scoops each. That said, they do not skimp on the ice cream...the scoops were huge and they pack the cups generously, so it's definitely worth the price. We immediately noticed the difference in response time to this family's arrival. One of the employees immediately went over towards our left as they entered and said, "Guys, when you are ready to order come over by the cash register." This is why it is important for business owners to train the people they hire about appropriate customer service because although the employees are not owners, they are representatives of the business. So business owners have to be careful about who they hire. Hmmmmm, how convenient for these new guests and inconvenient for us that we were not acknowledged until the employees felt compelled to share this ordering practice with a new group of patrons after we were already waiting. That behavior was enough for us to know it was time to walk out. I refuse to spend my money where I can see overt disrespect.

Initial thought of the place- bright and small. Not inviting people to stay with only two metal tables and 4 chairs at each table. Ice cream flavors were "meh" at most. I wasn't sure if we served ourselves with the toppings since some of it I had to reach my hand further back to try and grab. Surprised I even needed anybody there to assist me with payment. Ice cream itself was mediocre. Frozen yogurt was whatever and not as creamy as I normally would've like it. Melted way too fast (maybe cuz it was toward the end of the night)? I wish I took a picture of everything but between two ice cream cups, coming out to $15, definitely wasn't worth the drive or the price.
