My sister, in charge of the move, reported back to us (after we others had to leave to return to Austin): "Always on top of things, in frequent communication, efficient, calm, thorough, clean, careful. His crew were all the same. I was putting away kitchen stuff and every time a guy walked past me, he'd pick up whatever paper I'd dropped since the last sweep. And he was genuinely nice and caring: helped [our elderly relative] out to the car, for instance. [The woman who referred him to us] told us that he once drove out to the boonies of NJ to bring a woman who had no family to [the same assisted living facility in Westchester]."
