Please be careful. I used this service once and had a terrible experience all around. Tracey…read moreseemed nice enough when I was booking my first appointment with NLZ but I was seriously mistaken about her and this business. First of all I was given a price quote after I filled out a questionnaire about my cleaning needs and texted photos of my house to Tracey. I was required to prepay the quoted price before the cleaners arrived which seemed a bit odd but whatever. It was all downhill from there. Sorry in advance for the long review but please learn from my mistake. Here's some details of my terrible experience with NLZ: * My 2 cleaning people arrived 40 minutes late for the 3 hours of cleaning I prepaid for. They were rude and acted like they didn't understand a word I was saying and just kept talking to each other in Spanish ( unfortunately I don't speak Spanish at all). They blew off my requests and were very obviously rushing and doing an awful job. * I callec Tracey at NLZ within 30 minutes of their arrival to say that I wasn't happy with the cleaning people at all. I texted her a picture of my "mopped" floor which was just wet and dirty and asked to have the job rescheduled. * Tracey suddenly become nasty and refused to cancel and reschedule the job I had already paid approximately $300.00. She claimed that she sent me excellent cleaning people and then we got "cut off". I tried calling back several times but got voice-mail. * The cleaning people were paid for 3 hours but after 2 hours of poor work one of the cleaning people was able to tell me in English that she's allergic to cats and had to leave early because of her allergies. I was completely upfront with Tracey about having a cat before the service was booked and even wrote it on the form I filled out before my appointment. * I took pictures of the poor cleaning job ( floors were soaking wet and not clean, crumbs under the microwave, bathroom mirror not wiped down and more) and emailed NLZ about my bad experience. * My complaint was never acknowledged and the next time I heard from NLZ was the following week when they charged a follow up cleaning service to my credit card without my authorization. Tracey answered my call to explain that when I filled out the online form I stated that I was interested in weekly cleaning and was booked for the following week because I stated in "the contract" that I wanted weekly help. It was an outright rip off and I had to get my bank involved because NLZ wouldn't refund me for the cleaning job I didn't want or receive.Their claim was that I ignored the email about my follow up visit and didn't cancel in advance so they weren't obligated to refund me. * Luckily my bank reversed the charges but I had to get a new debit card because of the unauthorized use and would never recommend NLZ to anyone.

I found this place via a Facebook post and I can't recommend them. The first cleaning was okay,…read morealthough they didn't clean our basement and that was supposed to be included in a first time clean. They also took our personal cleaning supplies and we had to ask Geovana about getting them back but we never followed up and figured the cleaning people just mixed up their supplies with ours. They also threw away our curtains, towels, gloves; we have never had to tell cleaners not to throw away our stuff before. The cleaners also don't speak any English, so we have to communicate by calling Geovana. Also, their website says they are never late- they are late 80% of the time, once they were an hour late, another time they were an hour early. Their reminder system constantly sends the wrong time like 12:30pm Thursday when we have a 2:30pm Friday. They will send you the wrong cleaning date or time- EVERY SINGLE TIME. And the kicker is that their email system tells you that you have 48hours to cancel the cleaning or you will be charged a full price, but the email is sent 36hours before your fake appointment that they just made up. They also do not listen. We made 3 requests to stop making our bed as they don't wash their hands between cleaning the bathroom or the kitchen. We also told them 3x to stop folding our tissues into bows, it wastes 5 tissues and is gross during COVID and such a waste as we can't use them. We chose them because they told us everyone was fully vaccinated and we requested they keep their masks on. They never sent us the COVID vaccines we requested but we thought it would be okay since we are vaccinated and they will wear masks and we wear them as well if we are working from home. Well, I caught them taking their masks down multiple times when we are downstairs and they are upstairs. We took a break from using them during one of the peak COVID spikes and when they came back, the owner, Geovana, told us because it had been a few weeks they would charge us for a deep cleaning. We agreed to this and it made sense to us. However the cleaners cleaned our home in about an hour and when we pointed out they were suppose to do a deep cleaning, the cleaning lady said it was just a normal cleaning, so we texted Geovana while the cleaning lady also texted Geovana...then the cleaner said 'Ohhh yes it was a deeper cleaning, just not a deep deep cleaning.' They are so disorganized and Geovana does not give anyone in her staff instructions on who's house they are cleaning and the expectations. We used them 5x with hopes that it would improve, as they were the only place we found where the entire staff is supposedly vaccinated, but finally had to let them go. I cannot recommend them and am pretty sure all their positive google reviews are fake.
