I love that this place has food, but I have yet to order it. Still, knowing that the option is there is nice. I've been here a few times and tried the Nutella milk tea, the pistachio milk tea, the hazelnut milk tea, and the sesame milk tea all with boba. The boba is decent but not the best I've had. It's soft, kinda chewy, a little hard. The flavors of the drinks are decent also but not amazing. The Nutella was pretty weak. I drink a lot of boba and I'd say this place is average. The best part about it is that it's in Simi because there's not a lot of boba in Simi. Also, fun atmosphere. Games all over if you want to stay and hang out and there's a little shop baked into the store that you can entertain yourself in while you wait. read more

118 is so fun! Basically the only boba place in Simi so I've been here many a time with my friends throughout our high school days. The taro tea is unbelievable and my friends love the food/other drinks too. There are games (chess, checkers, etc) on the tables for a fun, homey vibe. This place is a treasure in Simi Valley, where most of our restaurants are boring and have no personality. This place is fun, affordable and unique. The boba, smoothies and tea are all fantastic. My family and I have tried many flavors over many visits, and all of them are great. I especially recommend the banana split smoothie, the hibiscus green tea and the orange cream smoothie. All fantastic. They have good options for vegetarians as well: veggie chicken bites with rice and veggies, mozzarella sticks, veggie egg rolls, veggie pot stickers, cream cheese wontons. Delicious. They have lots of other vegetarian options that I haven't tried yet too. The interior of the cafe is fun and relaxed. My kids love it because they can play chess or mancala. This is my favorite boba place around! I drive in from Camarillo just to have their boba, it's that good. I've tried various boba places in the LA area, and I think this place is just as good as (if not better than) any of them. The consistency of the boba and the flavor the drinks are exactly how I like them! I've had almost every milk tea flavor on the menu, and have tried some of their smoothies as well. And they're all delicious! I highly recommend the ginger milk tea, if you're looking for something different. I always order my drinks without ice, because depending on who makes it, the amount of ice can water down the drink quite a bit by the end. And the owner is such a sweetheart! This is the definition of "your neighborhood cafe". Often times I'll bring my own ingredients and they cook it for me (for a reasonable fee of course). The owner/head cook Aisa knows everyone's favorite orders and does a great job at making it a friendly environment. There's chessboards, chinese checkers, checkers, and some other board games. This cafe has the most amazing tender Boba I've ever tasted! I ordered the sesame balls (6 for $2.95) and not only did it taste great but the outside of it was gently toasted so it had a slight crunch. WONDERFUL! Came here to study the other day. Kind of difficult to find cause it's tucked all the way back in a shopping center; not visible from the street. Plenty of seating, large selection of drinks and food and lots of games to play if you come with a group of friends. Recommend the Jasmine milk tea. Service was polite and prompt. They oddly have a miniature store inside the cafe as well so if you're looking to do some shopping I guess you have that option as well. It is walk up and order and you can just hang out on the comfy couches and order from a huge selection of coffee and tea drinks with all kinds of boba to choose from. This place is located in a very quiet shopping center behind Carl's Jr. in Simi Valley. A few years ago, it used to be a Tapioca Express franchise, but eventually the owner decided to drop her contract with the franchise and changed the name. The place is very clean and comfortable with couches, tables, and cute decor. And the owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is decent; nothing spectacular, but a good selection of snack foods that complement the boba (and other) drinks. They have an extensive selection of boba drinks, as well as coffee drinks. There is free wifi and plenty of seating. In fact, the biggest downside to this place for some people is that it doesn't get too crowded. I'm sure if it were located in the San Gabriel Valley, the place would have a lot more customers. They would also have to raise their prices to be in line with what we pay over here. The milk tea , coffee and blended drink are fairly priced. The service is good although when there's a lot of people, it really takes time to wait. The place is big so you can read magazines or play game board while waiting for your drink. Just make sure to bring cash if your bill is less than 5$ or they have to charge you .50 cents. read more

This is a little gem of a coffee shop. I often have work appts in Simi and this place is a great spot to hit in between and do some work. They have just about everything you could dream up on their menu from Asian meals to croissant sandwhi he's, smoothies, and coffee. And it's super cheap! Wifi is really fast too! Been here many times. The watermelon juice with boba is yummy! It's fresh juice. The honey green tea boba is good too. The food here is delicious too. Good customer service. You can ask or customize the sweetness level in your drink. Also, I have been able to phone in my order and they were ready for pick up. I have been here many times. I really like its relaxed yet cute atmosphere and I love the experience every time we go there. They have a great selection of drinks and they are pretty yummy. They also update and have special drinks regularly, so if you go there often, you can try different things too. The service staff are very nice.
