Went to 110 Grill in Manchester today and I was actually impressed. The vibe is super cozy and relaxed. The music isn't blasting so you can really sit and talk without yelling across the table, which I love. Their drink selection is solid. Good mix of alcoholic and non alcoholic options. I had the prickly pear drink(mocktail)and it was good. Definitely ordering that again. For my entree, I got the steak and cheese.....which did not disappoint. The steak was tender, not chewy at all. Fries were perfectly crisp and seasoned just right. Portion size was great too. Everyone I came with enjoyed their food as well. (Steak tips, Reuben sandwich, Grilled Cheese and tomato soup, spinach dip, etc.) Our waitress was super nice and attentive without being annoying. Overall just a really good experience. Chain restaurants are hit or miss, and unfortunately, the 110 Grill in Manchester is a miss. We called in an order being specific about allergens- little did I know you have to tell them every place that allergen might be hiding, they can't do it for themselves. Kinda ruins their allergen statement, doesn't it? We ordered the calamari, the crab dip, and the Cuban sandwich, all gluten free and tomato free. The person on the phone was really good. However when we got the food, the Cuban had bbq sauce on it, and the manager told us that it was because we didn't tell them that tomatoes were in bbq sauce (bbq sauce isn't listed on the menu for the Cuban sandwich). Wow. They remade the sandwich. I honestly only ate the calamari, which was good. My husband enjoyed the Cuban and the crab dip, but by that point, I was too concerned about whether I could eat it to actually try. Food is above average, but not great for allergies - a contrast from other 110s - and service is below average. Not likely a location I'd return to. read more

Jerrey was so sweet and made our experience there a really great one. She was so down to earth and easy to talk with. My uncle and I really enjoyed our meals. They have a great cocktail menu I got a Pearberry made perfect was delicious with just the right amount of kick, I'd honestly come back just for that. 1st time checking out the Manchester location. I'm a fan of 110 Grill due to my gluten allergies and will go to Southington and Canton. This weekend we celebrated a birthday and celebrated in Manchester since it was closer to other guests. It was busy busy!! Our server Shane was excellent. He had a great attitude, explained how things work at 110 for those who have never been, warned the table that food might take some time since it was busy and the restaurant is still new. I stopped in here with friends to check this place out because it's new. There was a beautiful fire pit with a fire burning near the entrance. The lighting inside is warm and inviting. I had low expectations as it's common for new places to have issues to work out. We just ordered desserts at the bar- lemon beignets, coconut key lime pie and apple crisp. The servers/bartenders were friendly and doing their best. They seemed a bit understaffed as there were at least 20 seats at the bar and only two people were working behind the bar. I noticed a manager apologizing to a family at a table who apparently had been waiting too long for their food. Now for the desserts- the coconut key lime pie was served layered in a mason jar with lime shavings and a lime wedge on top. Phenomenal! My friend loved the lemon beignets that were served with raspberry and lemon dipping sauces. My friend who had the apple crisp was disappointed. The apples were cold and the cast iron pan they were served in was cold too. There wasn't much crisp in the apple crisp either. The manager came out and apologized and brought out another one. Unfortunately it was the same as the previous one. I look forward to coming back in the future when they've worked out the kinks. They seem to have hired good people so that bodes well for the future and I wish them the best. read more

We went on Valentines Day for a late lunch and it was pretty busy. We were seated promptly but it did take a bit for our server to come to get our drink order. Also took a bit to get our drinks and give our orders. Based on individual food reviews we ordered the crab rangoon dip, beef tips and the rib eye, both having Brussels and garlic mashed for sides. Thankfully we weren't in a rush because it was definitely slow. Out come our entrees. Where's the appetizer? Whoops. Forgot to put that order in. Okay. Food looks delicious. The Brussels were cooked perfectly...still some crunch. Sadly they were so salty, as were the potatoes. I am a salt lover so too salty for me means way too much. The flavor of the tips was excellent. Can't say the same for the meat. It was so tough it was hard to cut and I had to cut it into tiny pieces to eat. The ribeye also had great flavor but it was way more tough than tender. For the mixup on the appetizer they offered us a free dessert which we took home. We got the tuxedo cake which was delicious. The best part of the entire meal. Our server Alexandra was very sweet. Found this place on a fluke and so happy we did! The food was amazing as well as the service (shoutout to Shane!). They have a gluten free menu for those need it. Also ask about allergies before taking your order and have it brought put by the manager and labeled food allergy. Hi! I went here around a week ago for a special occasion and called prior to see if we'd need a reservation for 2 and they said they weren't busy and we didn't need one. As expected it wasn't busy when we walked in but we ended up standing at the front for 5 minutes (maybe longer) and we were just awkwardly waiting. 3 employees had seen us and continued walk around as if they hadn't, even though they weren't servicing anyone. It was a bit humiliating to be honest and the cherry on top was realizing there was an iced drink at the hostess stand but no one there, we decided to leave after that. I actually love the decor inside. The warm colors throughout the place is welcoming. I love the way. The bar looks, because it's like a horseshoe shape. My husband and I shared the crab dip which I would recommend. I had the gnocchi Bolognese, I would've liked to have had a little more meat in a Bolognese. My drink was the Harves sangria, which I absolutely loved highly recommend it. For dessert we shared this pumpkin s'mores. It was pumpkin donut holes, covered in sugar. Then there was a bowl ofhot chocolate syrup with marshmallows melted on top. Absolutely amazing. The service was very friendly and a little slow considering they were not extremely busy. This, to me, is a "secret" restaurant chain! I don't think people realize as to how much they have grown in the last few years. This location just open this past winter (2024) and I will say they have started out with great staff. When the staff is having fun it rubs off into the whole place. I had a BBQ chicken salad which is not a normal staple for me but it will be! It was excellent. My wife also had a huge salad and my son had a burger. We sat in the "tall booth" in front of the grill and commented directly to the cook staff as to our delightful meal. Had lunch with my grandson here on Saturday. He had his favorite, shrimp scampi. For a starter he wanted to have fried pickles. He had never had them, before. I had had them at a chain restaurant and wasn't impressed. THESE FRIED PICKLES WERE EXCELLENT. They were coated in a light crispy coating flavored with seasoning. His shrimp scampi was perfectly cooked and not only looked good it was wonderful. I had a lettuce wedge which was supposed to have bleu cheese crumbles and blue cheese dressing but I don't care for the cheese or that dressing so I substituted. The server was wonderful. She was attentive and pleasant. Nice quiet ambience. Lately, the restaurants we have been in have been loud and annoying. Not here. ALSO, I ordered the onion STRINGS.......... At the time of us visiting, this location had just opened 3 weeks prior. The inside had a decor style that made me think "affordable sophisticated" as everything was draped in darker colors and hues of deep browns and rich, dark red. We started off with an appetizer of the spinach dip in a bread bowl. It was served with tortilla chips and was pretty good. My friend and I both ordered the fish and chips dish. It was my first time ever having that dish. I did appreciate that the fish was not fishy, but all the same, it didn't have much of a flavor at all. The batter it is fried in was a bit on the simple side as well. It was really the tartar sauce that made this dish pop a little, making a perfect compliment to the fish. I thought the prices to be affordable, but wanted a little more for my money. For example, I believe the fish and chips was around $24 more or less, but I really wanted it to come with at least one more piece of fish to feel like it was worth it. The service was good, with the waitress being very friendly. We could tell they were getting ready to close by 9pm, but they did not make us feel rushed to leave at all. Glad to check out the new kid on the block! Megan, our server, was very attentive and checked in often to assure we had a great meal. All four of us enjoyed our meals. We started with calamari which was lightly breaded. My friend was happy with his shrimp scampi.. 9 shrimp on a plate of pasta with two large pieces of Texas toast. Visited recently for the first time, nice decor and set up inside. Large curved bar, and both tables and booths available. Our server was helpful but very busy. The food was good albeit a little pricey for what it was. Bang Bang Cauliflower was ok. The fig prosciutto flatbread was good, but much more sweet than savory. I would have preferred the kale brussels salad with much less dressing, but it was good. Seemed more like a sweet coleslaw to me. It's opening week so the food came out a bit slowly but it was worth the wait. The service was friendly from start to finish - from the hosts to the server - to the managerS that came and checked in on us, they seemed to genuinely care and have pride in the restaurant. We got the GF fried pickles to start. The portion was a tad small but I judge more on taste and quality and that delivered. The pickles were thin and crispy with the right amount of crunch and came with two dipping sauces - siracha aioli and honey mustard. I thought the honey mustard paired well for its sweetness against the saltiness of the pickles. For dinner we had the crispy hot chciken sandwich and the steak salad. Both were delicious. The chicken was crispy and plentiful, even if maybe a touch too sweet - the honey and hot was tasty. Fries good too. The steak was perfectly cooked medium with fresh greens and chunky beef steak tomatoes. Overall the meal was very good. The service was very friendly. We will be back. Best of luck to 110 grill! Everything! We had gone to the 110 grill in Canton CT and we enjoyed it. Then a few months later we decided to try the one in Manchester. Gross! We stayed only because we didn't want to make a scene. $17 for poutine that had over cooked dry fries, wrong kind of cheese and hardly any gravy. My chicken sandwich was soggy from the drizzle and my wife's butternut ravioli was tasteless with trail mix tossed on top. Don't go to the Manchester location! The owners need to do a quality control check! BTW, the place was a mess. Employees would walk by trash left on the flooring and didn't bother to pick things up. We had lunch at 110 in early January. Hadn't been before. I was impressed with all I saw and encountered. Well-appointed, comfortable and very light inside. The staff was friendly and helpful. I liked the number and breadth of the menu items and settled on the wedge salad. It was top notch in every way. The wedge was mostly already cut and I liked that. Great blue cheese dressing and generous blue cheese pieces. Lots of cut up bacon. Just quite good. My dining companion had the vegetable stir fry with noodles and reported it was very tasty as well.
