To no avail...... went back last weekend after not being there in about a year. There was 8 of us & we went to the bar and was told we can't use the tables because they were for eating customers. My wife and I enjoyed our first visit here. I ordered the prosciutto-wrapped cod, with risotto and broccoli, which was all absolutely superb. My wife ordered a cheeseburger, and was disappointed with the very small serving of fries that came with it. Two minor blemishes: 1) my water glass rim was was slightly chipped in two places, and 2) we ordered key lime pie as a dessert. It came in a mason jar, and was 90% crust material and 10% pie filling. This 110 Grill is like the girlfriend that did you wrong- but not so wrong you wouldn't give her another chance. But tonight was it of me. The place was empty and I was sitting at the bar. I ordered a chimichurri steak which was over $30 and it still got to me cold. Bartender had two tables a 2 and 4 top and me- that was it. This is easily the third time this has happened- and yes I must be a glutton for punishment. I have worked in the restaurant industry and the problem is there are NO experienced restaurant managers there. You can bring servers and bartenders with limited skill and experience up to speed IF you have managers that are on top of things. This is a service industry and this restaurant could be good but the food and service do not command the prices they charge. read more

Can't say enough about how amazing the food is here. Had the best dinner. A whole gluten free menu. I ate fried calamari and shrimp scampi with garlic bread. All gluten free. This had to be the worst salads we ever had!! We oaid $22 each for the Steak Salad and the Kale Brussels salad. My steak salad consisted of 3 maybe 4 bite size pieces of steak on a bed or Chopped romaine with 4 slices of tomato and 4 single rings of raw onion. Horrible! The Brussel salad was the size of a side salad and they placed the smallest breast of chicken along side of it!! Ridiculous!! I am not the type to send my meal back but I will NEVER go back. So we have actually been here several times. The first time, I got pulled pork mac n cheese which was pretty good but not amazing. My mom got grilled cheese and tomato soup but the cheese was barely toasted / no butter. However, the fried pickles were the best I've ever had. So I returned, just for those fried pickles! I went back with my partner to get those and also he had fish tacos and I had the BBQ chicken salad but modified to be buffalo instead. That meal was decent. We were in the area craving those fried pickles and went back. This time, I was not really in the mood for anything on the menu but I figured I could pick at an antipasto platter. It was described in a way that sounded pretty gourmet and delicious - "SMOKED PROVOLONE, PROSCIUTTO, CUCUMBERS, PICKLES, SESAME CRUSTED GOAT CHEESE, A FRESH MOZZARELLA AND ARTICHOKE SALAD WITH ROASTED RED PEPPERS AND BASIL. SERVED WITH FIG JAM, FRESH BERRIES AND TOASTED CIABATTA." However, it arrived looking like a bag of ass. Everything on the platter was just low class - sliced grocery store olives, sliced deli cheese, a tiny bit of goat cheese that had a few sesame seeds pressed into it, and the worst crime of all - toasted sandwich bread (I had to call it out as "wonder bread"). So I'm a food snob - I admit it, but I was like no way. Crackers would have been better than toasted wonder bread. So I told the waitress that I wanted something else - gone are the days where I suck it up and eat whatever crap I get served. She just seemed so taken aback and the rest of the meal, very standoffish as if I did something wrong by not eating their wonder bread. The very WORST part of everything was the kitchen manager. He came over to find out what was wrong and then proceeded to try and convince me that the toasted wonder bread was ciabatta, because that is what it says on the packaging. Yesterday following a trip to Kohls, my husband and I decided to get an early dinner at 110. The usually packed bar was pretty quiet at 5:00 on a Wednesday, so for the first time, we sat at the bar where we were greeted and served by Lindsay(Lindsey). She was super friendly and seemed to actually be enjoying her job. (An unusual occurrence lately it seems) She engaged us in conversation without being intrusive, made me a delicious cocktail and even took time to go and make us some cocktail sauce for our calamari with a smile instead of looking annoyed. Our food was great as always (Avocado tuna and the honey hot chicken sandwich) ....but I really just wanted to give a shout out to Lindsay for a great dining experience ! Nice to meet you. The decor and style were on point which is always a plus for me. It's situated in a really nice shopping plaza in Canton so of course I had high hopes. We were a group of 14 and we had to be split up despite a relatively empty restaurant on a Saturday night, but whatever, I was hungry. The hostess was anything but happy to seat our large group and rudely took me and the smaller half of our group to our table-hemming and hawing and in a bitter mood. Threw plates and silverware on the table and told us that our waiter will probably bring us more silverware (he never did). Ready for the food review? ... Underwhelming! I was excited for the short rib burger and a side of roasted Brussel sprouts. Overcooked veggies and a very NOT so medium rare burger. Overcooked burger and very dry short rib. No sauce, no freshness, no nothing. Drinks were weak and watery and then for dessert ... our chocolate Oreo brownie drizzled in nestle chocolate sauce and a half of an Oreo cookie was anything but edible and not to mention that the ice cream was probably sourced from the ShopRite across the street. Got takeout from 110 Grill tonite and it was delicious! We got the Asian Calamari as an app--very good and the Thai Chili sauce was sweet and spicy --excellent! I got the swordfish--excellent quality swordfish and just the right amount of Cajun spice. My server this time is Mai, she was so attentive, kind, and all around a professional server/bartender (my drink was mixed to perfection). The food was also craveable. I got a cheese steak sub and the cheese was creamy like a sauce, the meat was tender, and the veggie had the right amount of crunch to sear ratio. Seems every time I come here there is some issue with the food either being undercooked or the salad lettuce is brown. Their ingredients are just not fresh. And there's this one waiter who is a little "off." Second time he's waited on us. My son was still eating his meal, I was barely finished, and he comes over to ask if we think we might want dessert. Ummm...hadn't thought about it since I'm still eating my dinner, but since he asked, we said no. So he proceeds to say "ok I'll get the check." Dude - we were still eating! I don't know or understand what kind of training they do here, but common sense and tact please. Wait for people to finish eating their dinner maybe? Clear their plates before bringing the check? There is an order to things and we were made to feel like they just wanted to turn the table. So unfortunate because there aren't a lot of family friendly places around here. We both had the pulled pork mac & cheese, lobster bisque & split a peanut better cascade. The meal was good, there was decent amount of cheese sauce & bbq sauce w/ out being overpowering. It wasnt high end, but it was good. The bisque was different.. it was also waterier than i expected. I wouldnt get it again, or recommend it. The desert was good. I used to take out dinner menus from this place almost every weekend till last time I was there to pick up the food. Came home and opened the salad I ordered for my wife. Completely DRY, not eatable at all. Whoever packed the food must have his or her eyes. It was OK for them to eat that??? or too busy to see what they are packing??? Either way, no excuse! I called the restaurant and told them that and they made me talk to the manager, Chris? He said he would take care of it etc. We threw away the salad and we still did not hear from that guy . My wife and I stopped to have dinner 110 looked nice from the outside so we gave it a go. Wait to seat was short there was 8 or so tables with people and a good amount of people at the bar. Not being full house should have been a clue as other restaurants were packed 1 hour waits. I ordered a Ceasar Salad with chicken she ordered a cheese burger fries she wanted a grilled chicken burger but the waiter go confused and couldn't get it figured out. We ordered chicken wings crispy extra sauce they were $16.50. The wings came we got 6 pieces all flats little to no sauce and they were not crispy but the opposite rubbery. Ceasar salad came out small in size for $19.00 there was 1 piece of chicken grilled consistent like the wings no seasoning like rubber not cut on the salad ripped in chunks. There was stale bagle chips as croutons maybe 3 croutons on a $19.00 salad. Also there was one or 2 shaved pieces of parmasan cheese when I poked through the small bed of warm Romaine. The burger was greasy dripping grease poor quality froze patty small in size fries also frozen a handful served with 2 tablespoons ketchup. We had to ask for condiments that we asked for when we ordered half of them never came as well as the refill on the soda for my wife. All in all a grade of F a failure on service food quality and value, $63 for 2 sodas a half size salad and 6 wings no sauce no flavor and rubbery skin. We did not finish the meals I spoke frankly to the manager on the mess he took no action for the failure so F- as final grade. Do your selves a favor eat somewhere else read some of the other reviews they were honest and bad. They should call Gordon Ramsey for help I am sure they are loosing money. read more
