A pretty big bubble tea shop with plenty of seating and a large, wooden communal table in the front. No wonder the shop is always empty now whenever I pass by. Their drink prices have gone up, too. For drinks, there's so many other better options in Richmond, and they all cost the same price so don't waste your money here. Also, they no longer have a public washroom. The sign says out of service but I am pretty sure the staff use it themselves. I understand why they'd do this although I don't know if it follows the rules for cafes.
