Street parking available - however i feel this place is pretty hard to discover without living in the area - or searching it up before hand. We came here as we saw some pretty high reviews - however left thinking why it was so high? - Place seemed a little old school - with pretty old looking decor - place felt a little dull - as we found the lighting to be pretty dim - Service wise - cashier was friendly - however wasn't really able to suggest any top sellers to try - however reviews suggested mango drinks - All three drinks tasted pretty poorly made - all 3 seemed to somehow miss the sugar? As they tasted pretty watery - tea seemed under steeped. Mango tasted like they were freezer burned as they had ice chunks attached - I'm assuming we had a one off experience - as the place has steady high reviews - however for our visit - it did not meet expectations - and will likely skip this one personally.

This cute little cafe is so unique and cozy! It looks like it was built into someone's living room that was originally part of a larger house. We heard from our Vancouver friends that the mango drinks/desserts were legendary so we had to try it out. We ordered a mango sago drink, the brown sugar milk tea, and a mango sago dessert. The drinks were pretty large and we ended up not finishing one of them. The mangos were super ripe, juicy, and refreshing. I will say that the brown sugar milk tea was SUPER sweet, especially with the brown sugar bits at the bottom. We absolutely loved the mango sago dessert, so much so that I forgot to take a picture until it was almost finished. I would highly recommend this dessert. 5/5 Unfortunately, there wasn't a washroom for customers so we had to hold it in. Luckily, our friends lived nearby. It also took a while for us to be served, but that may be because there was a 15 drink order before us so it wasn't exactly the cafes fault. After we ordered, it only took about 10 min. for our items to come out!

$15 Mango Cheesecake Bingsu?! I love getting good bang for buck when I'm eating out! We love a good hidden gem spot Highly recommend coming here if your visiting Burnaby Mountain or in North Burnaby! Cozy spot with affordable fresh mango and bubble tea drinks. Not to mention a good amount of Bingsu and mangoes for $15! They did forget our cheesecake but when they brought it, it was AN ENTIRE SLICE OF CHEESECAKE!!

Non-dairy milk tea! First time I've seen this and I really appreciate it, as a regular milk tea would definitely gurgle my stomach. They also have a great selection of fresh mango drinks and desserts. Plenty of parking outside, and plenty of tables inside.

So happy I got to try this hidden gem that is nestled in a beautiful residential neighborhood. They have a whole menu dedicated to mango desserts and drinks, and I would certainly start there. Their mango cheesecake bingsu is delectable. The generous serving size is big enough to feed two, but it's so yummy that you could eat the whole thing yourself. The shaved ice is milky and finely shaved. On top, you'll find heaps of sweet mango chunks, a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a slice of NY cheesecake. To top it off, you can drizzle on some condensed milk. I can't wait to try the rest of their mango menu (slushes, smoothies, dessert soups, bingsu) and also their milk teas and bubble teas!

Ok I'm in LOOOOOVE with the Mango QQ dessert here. The mix of different pearls and mangoes lathered with coconut milk are perfection, and despite all the ingredients it doesn't feel like a very heavy dessert. Plus portions and quality are well worth the price. So worth stopping by this neighborhood gem!

Came here on a whim after a hike in Burnaby mountain. Dessert is probably the best way to undo all the exercise you've done It's been a long time since I've been back to Blossom Tea and would definitely try to come back more. Creamy mango and the QQ dessert was our fav. The mango chunks were juicy and sweet. We forgot to choose the sugar amount for the black sugar milk tea and it was a bit too sweet. We also ordered a custard taiyaki and it was also yummy as well.

A bubble tea shop that is open quite late near UBC. I got their Kuromitsu bubble tea with pearls to try. I got my customary 25% sugar and still found it too sweet. The pearls were just the perfect amount of chew. Will have to come back to try some of their other bbt offerings.

I've been a regular here for a while now and just really like this place! It is such a cute shop and the staff are always really nice, they also have reward stamps. What I really like about blossoms is that they have a really good variety not only for drinks but for desserts as well. I highly reccomend their fruit teas and slushes, I think it is much better than their milk teas. For their desserts, I really love the custard taiyaki, the oreo one is good too but the custard one has better flavour. Their bingsoos are also really good and a great value. I hope that they add more options to their fruit smoothies though.

This little hole in the wall bubble tea spot is cozy and delicious. It's a cute little cafe that has a nice selection of milk teas and toppings. I've been coming here for years, and have probably sampled half the menu. My top 3 picks are 1) Taro-Oreo slush w/pearls 2) Strawberry Jasmine Cheese foam tea w/pearls, and 3) Coconut milk tea w/ mango jelly. The mini mochi here is overly sweet and artificial tasting, and I would recommend going somewhere else for Bingsoo because here it is only fairly average.

This cute little dessert spot specializes in mango and you can definitely tell the second you walk in. There is a glass front fridge filled with mangos at the front of the store, and the air itself smelled sweet! The space itself is pretty small but it looks like a fair bit of traffic does roll through! The drinks were definitely higher quality and you can obviously tell that they used real mango instead of artificial flavoring/syrups. It wasnt overly sweet but the flavors were natural! Some of the drinks even have a generous heap of mango ontop of it! I will comment that the boba is cooked and flavored well (with honey)! If you're a mango lover, I highly recommend checking this spot out!

This hidden gem is now my fave spot for bubble tea. For those who like mango drinks, I strongly recommend this place. They only use fresh mangos and that's why it comes out so pure and fresh!

Great little bubble tea shop in a really secluded neighbourhood nearby SFU Burnaby campus. Unless your a student or someone who lives in the community, you probably wouldn't know about this place, but it's really a hidden gem for the area. The interior of the shop is nice and quaint but really doesn't off much more in terms of a few tables for seating. I see this place being more of a takeout shop rather than a place to chill and hang. The real value of coming here though, as other reviewers have mentioned is the amazingly good fresh mango drinks that they have. I am an avid lover of mangos and I really enjoyed my mango creamy drink with fresh chunks of mango inside. I could definitely tell that these mangos chunks were fresh and not frozen. Highly recommended if you like fresh fruit slushes. I also got the reusable cup for $15 which seems a little bit steep, but you can consider a long term investment into the environment, then it's not that bad. Here, I would only make two suggestions: (1) that the store provides an extra lid so you can take the drink to-go (I've seen these jars online) and that (2) they redo the pricing scheme so it's less confusing. You can get one free drink with your cup but only up to a value of $4.70 (otherwise you have to pay the difference). For that much money being spent ($17.63 in my case) and to encourage people to be more eco-friendly, I think they should just include those extra drinks for a few dollars more and reduce the overall price. The pricing rebate was so confusing even the cashier wasn't sure if they had done it correctly. In an era where large bubble tea conglomerates are coming to Vancouver, Blossom Teas is a great little shop to support. With great drinks at their disposal, the small kinks they need to fix will definitely improve over time. I would definitely come back.

It really seems like someone in management decided since then to cut corners and save as much money as possible per dessert. Not sure if this is true, but it's the vibe I'm getting now compared to when they first opened. And even if it's not true, it's still a very bad impression to give to any customer. I wish them well but not sure how long they will last running like this. Yes, they might make more money for one visit by cutting back on each dessert, but customers won't return after the bad first impression. Without repeat customers, it will be very difficult to stay in business.

I'd spotted C Fruit Life, which was nearby, so we decided to give them a try. It's a HK style dessert chain. We dropped in on a Saturday evening (around 10:00pm). The inside is new and has a mix of tables and stools to sit at. There's also two entrances; they kept one of the doors open so it was chilly to sit on that end. Service was okay but workers spoke limited English. Menu is split into mein mein ice, recommends, fruit mix, ice cream, fruit smoothies, milkshakes, milk foam tea, soup lovers and pastries. - Mango snowdae ($9.99) - they make it fresh, which made for a light, thin shaved texture. Mangoes were good and even the mochi was tasty. It had a sticky, chewy texture. Solid. - Avocado & mango blast ($4.99) - this wasn't what we were expecting. The drink comes out split; half avocado on top and half mango on the bottom. It's also really small. Even when you mix the two parts together, it's still not satisfying. Disappointing and I love my avocado mango drinks! On the fence with CFL.
