We tried to spray and take care of the issue ourselves and it did not work, I called Jason and he was able to come within the same week and the issue went away within a couple days! we are on a bi-monthly plan and within those two months from when he first sprayed to the next session I noticed the spray was still killing pests in between . we will be upcoming on our third round with Jason soon and happy to say I came across his services! I did receive multiple quotes from others and have consultations with other pest control companies but ultimately Jason was very open and honest about what his service includes and what to expect from it which was a plus. I also think his pricing/plans he offers are very reasonable and fair for the service he provides .

However, when the technician arrived, they quoted me $715 and didn't honor that agreement--so I essentially ended up paying $150 just for someone to stand in my home for 5 minutes. Because I had already sunk the $150 into the visit, I felt stuck and felt like I had no choice but to just pay the higher amount to get the job done. While the service itself was fine, the communication felt misleading. Just a heads-up to future customers: make sure to get your initial quote details and promotional offers in writing before they show up.
