Today, I want to provide a shout-out to Mark, who was very respectful and personable in helping me fix a small mistake I made when I closed the door to my own storage unit incorrectly leaving the latch on the outside of the door. I was able to open the space up again and properly close the door, and Mark was helpful in the way he taught me how to use the latch correctly without making me feel bad for the error. We've interacted before; every time he was beyond courteous and easily conveyed enthusiasm for his role as a person who makes it easy and anxiety-free for people who often find themselves in a transitional life phase (which is why they/I needed to place things in storage).
