I had Trend Movers out of Portland, ME. They were scheduled for Aug. 11 from 8-12AM. They did not come or call to cancel. I left 3 messages in the afternoon that were not returned. Finally was told at 4PM they would be coming the next day. I was taking my daughter to airport that day. I never talked to a person to say that date would not work. They came anyway. Today 8/20 -or 9 days from original delivery date the items were delivered. They came in a large truck. They were plainly instructed to stop truck on pavement and not drive truck on grass. They drove 45 ft onto my grass even as I was standing in my yard waving my arms STOP. Driver was Clueless. Once they unloaded the items into my home (I had paid for White Glove Service) it was fine. Co. attempts to have no direct contact with customer. They leave texts of when delivery will be coming. If that does not work as in my case the attitude is "too bad, not my problem." It was not a good experience. I would not use this company again. read more

Don't make the same mistake I did. I contracted with Trend Moving to move an antique grandfather clock from NY to coastal NC. Since their site explicitly says they move clocks, I assumed that they would properly package it for moving too. They picked it up in NH and boxed it up for moving but I mistakenly assumed that they would re-pack it for the trip. It arrived in NC with the internal working still in the body of the clock and with gears askew in the mechanism. Also the pendulum had not been removed and now needs to be soldered back together. When I communicated with my contact at Trend Moving, he informed me that they just move the clock as is from when they pick it up. If you use them to move a clock, have it packed by a professional before they pick it up. read more

Great company. Had a good experience with them. Wish I had used them my last move. The only problem was they couldn't move me for another week as I called with short notice. But I would highly recommend them. read more

Christian, Brian and Brad were phenomenal movers. Prompt, flexible, personable...and nothing broke! Their presence really helped make our downsizing journey as smooth and pleasant as possible. From the moment they arrived, they treated us and our belongings with the utmost professionalism and care. They had no problem handling our largest, trickiest items and it was a true joy to have their help setting up our new home. I would highly recommend Trend Movers for any family's moving needs, no matter how big or small. You couldn't ask for better service, better employees or a better company all around. read more

Trend Moving & Storage - Empty condo! - Movers Near Me - Londonderry, New Hampshire

Trend started out in the wrong foot with us, but they did redeem themselves. They proved that they really did care when I doubted them. We had ordered a Xmas gift for our sons (a pool table) and it was supposed to be delivered on the 12th Of December. There was a lack of communication between Amazon and Trend. I finally got a live person at Trend and I felt like the customer service rep really cared. Well, the delivery still wasn't going to make it to our house in time for Xmas and that was so disappointing because it was the gift we were counting on to enjoy with our sons and friends and family on Xmas Day. After I had a nervous breakdown on the phone with the customer service rep, he showed he really cared. I got the address for the loading bay, drove to the loading dock and they stayed open me for an extra half hour on the day before Christmas Eve. They went out of their way to help me secure the pool table on our truck and then they called me on the way home to make sure I was all set. They said if the table didn't fit in the bed of my truck, they'd get a mover to the storage unit to deliver it after hours. They also said they'd have a mover meet us at our home to help us get the table set up in our house. What started as a terrible experience turned into a very positive experience. They showed they really did care and they took me seriously; it took a near nervous breakdown to get there, but they did show they are human and that they did care that their service was part of making Xmas extra special for our family. At first I thought I'd never use them or recommend them, but they changed my mind. Thank you Trend and crew. You truly redeemed yourselves and you did right by my family. Thank you. I had just a few pieces to move a short distance, in fact the origin and destination were in the same same zip code. They were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They were a little bit high compared to some of the other quotes I got for the job but they were personally good and the truck and equipment were first rate. read more

Absolutely wonderful company. We highly recommend them. Polite, helpful and very efficient. They went the extra mile in caring for our belongings. read more

If your moving, these are your guys! Very professional, friendly team, right from the first time we talked on the phone to when we walked through at the end and signed the check. The price was right and the crew was top notch. They had our whole 2500 sq ft house loaded, delivered and unloaded in 6 hours! read more

Pretty good for a moving service. Very responsive in the quote process which got my business. They were a little pricy - minus one star - and they did underestimate the size of my move so I had some stuff left behind that I had to do on My own -strike 2. I have had way worse moves in the past they didn't break anything so that's another plus read more

Highly recommend. Phil, Tyler and Nick did a great job moving us out of an apartment and into a condo. On time, professional and very pleasant to have on the job! Took care in wrapping the antique furniture and moving it into a freshly painted condo. We can't thank them enough. Great job, guys. read more

Very quick to respond. Everyone I spoke with was extremely kind. Ben in the office. Mike and another gentleman helped move our items. Everyone was super professional. read more

I was very anxious and dreading the move but they did a great job. They got there on time but were missing one of the three people who was supposed to show up. To help out, they sent 3 additional people so the job could be completed on time. They did a great job with wrapping up furniture and transferring things without breaking anything. Only issue I had was that I had given instructions to the guys in the morning and that didn't get translated to the guys who stayed to move stuff to the new place. It wasn't a huge deal and they were very pleasant about requests to move things in the appropriate rooms. Overall, an extremely well done job. I would definitely hire them for my next move. read more

It all started with Vinnie and Ben's first visit to our home that put us at ease. They wore masks and immediately removed their shoes without me having to ask. They were polite, respectful and professional. From there, they sent us an estimate and answered any additional questions that I had. They assured us that they would do everything needed to protect our furniture and the flooring in our home. A week before moving, a phone call to check in to see if we needed anything more, how the packing was going and a confirmation of the time of the move. Day of the move, we were called once the team left the warehouse. They arrived on time, with the team they needed and the two trucks they estimated would carry our possessions. There was a team leader and another tour of the house to keep everyone on the same page. The guys were great!! Again, everyone wore masks, removed shoes and worked as a team to wrap, yes wrap our furniture in saran and then blankets. The guys were "please", "thank you" and "may I"; very polite, soft spoken and enjoyed comraderie among themselves. Before leaving for the new location, they asked us to check out each room to be sure there was nothing left behind. They kept us in the loop as to what they were going to do step by step. When we got to the new location, it was the same thing. They took a tour of the home, and began placing boxes, furniture, etc... where we had designated. They placed furniture and confirmed it was where we wanted it. There were a couple of changes we made to due the downsized space, and they were great about it. "No problem, we can do that." At the end of the day, we walked through again to be sure that everything was in the spot we wanted. I can't say enough about Trend and our moving process. They were great and so appreciative of the gratuity provided. read more

So we decided to move rather spontaneously. Didn't get much time to sort out the details as much as we would have liked. I called around a bunch of moving companies in the area. Some were rude over the phone and if they had good customer service they didn't have the date available and the estimates were way out of proportion. Then I found Trend Moving and Storage. Excellent customer service, accurate estimates. Final charges were less than what we estimated. Super professional, showed up on time, took care of everything in no time. To put things into perspective, this was our 8th move in the past decade and best moving experience so far !! I cannot recommend this company enough. The whole crew was super professional. I do regret not getting their services for packing. If you want to make your moving day less stressful you should absolutely hire Trend moving and storage. read more

We had the first half of our move today and what professionalism and efficiency! I was so worried we weren't organized and the day was going to be a disaster, these guys came in and immediately put us at ease and made everything seamless! Can't say enough good things! Thanks so much for making an extremely stressful process a breeze read more

They say the early bird gets the worm, and that was the case with Trend Moving & Storage. They responded quickly to a request for a quote and their quote, while not the lowest, was the most reasonable for a small moving job involving an antique piece of furniture needing to be reassembled at the other end. The telephone service is friendly and quick, and payment was easy. On the day of the move, the movers were communicative, professional, and friendly. Everything was done in a reasonable time and they were respectful of my furniture and the landlord's house. I would definitely recommend these movers to others, and will use them again if I need to move again! read more

These guys are unbelievable. Showed up on time, packed everything up and unpacked. Would not leave until we were satisfied where everything went. It was extremely hot that day and Coach kept apologizing because they were so sweaty. I would hands down use them again as well as recommend them. Nothing got damaged. It was a perfect experience. Thank you. read more

We had 3 young men who moved us today. What a pleasant surprise. All 3 were professional and courteous gentlemen. They were very respectful of us and our property. Bottom line, the price was very reasonable. We would HIGHLY recommend this company. Thank you Trend moving! read more

Loved that these gents called an hour before they were scheduled to arrive and showed up right on time. Both were very respectful, courteous, and wore masks the entire time which was nice to see. They both went above and beyond, asking for my preferences throughout the packing and lifting stages and several times again when they arrived at my storage facility. If I didn't know any better I could have easily assumed they were moving their own belongings. From a pricing perspective, Trend was on par with the other quotes I received. Overall an excellent experience to go with outstanding customer service. Highly recommend! read more

My husband and I have moved many times and we've seen the good, the bad, and the ugly when it comes to movers. Nick, Alex, and Mike were the moving team for our latest move and they were really fantastic. They were very friendly, worked efficiently, and packed all of belongings in their truck with care. We highly recommend Trend Moving and will certainly use them again for any future moves! read more

We had just moved into New Hampshire, and found this company on short notice. They charged us $700 for 3 hours of work. The morning of they called and confirmed, but then also told my husband that the 3 hours includes DRIVING time to and from my residence. They then said it took a half an hour to arrive at my house, but provided no office address, so I couldn't check it myself on Maps. You'd think that if they are going to charge me $233.33 to drive to and from my house, that they would disclose that UP FRONT, so I could choose someone closer. I couldn't get rid of them on the morning of, since its impossible to find another company on such short notice, and the HOA where I live was adamant the Pod be removed as quickly as possible. I was caught between a rock and a hard place. They were polite and worked hard for the other 2 hours they were here. I can't help but think that they must have known that I wouldn't go with them if they had told us everything to begin with, which is why they conveniently forgot to mention the driving fees. Very dishonest. Don't use them. read more

I hired Trend Moving to move my mom from her home of 30 years into a condo. It was an emotional time for her and that, combined with her anxiousness around having to move fragile antique furniture, made this a difficult job. David, Danny, Ish and Cole were fantastic and totally met the moment. They were patient, professional, courteous, and treated her fragile antiques with care. They worked quickly but carefully, and overall did a fantastic job. My mom was blown away by how easy and smooth everything went. She felt great about the entire experience and has since recommended Trend to one of her friends. THANK YOU a million times over to Ben, David, Danny, Ish, and Cole. read more

Jay, the owner, quoted me right over the phone when I first called. I was surprised as all the other companies wanted me to fill out papers and get back to me. The price was slightly higher than the others but I chose them because of their service and great ratings compared to the competition. To me, reputation is more important than price. I had peace of mind that my belongings would make it safely without damage and that was 100% the case. They even had to hoist my sectional down off the back roof of my second floor apartment. Everything was loaded very quickly and efficiently. They arrived on time and the entire local move was done in about 3-4 hours. We will definitely be calling back for our next move. read more

I moved a 850 sq foot apartment. Trend was nothing but easy and professional to work with. They did an additional pick up of a piano for me. Their prices were the best around Arrangements and changes were extremely easy to make. Their communication was perfect. They guys they sent barely took a break. Not once did I hear any complaints, only smiles and laughter. Solid recommendation from a friend and I have already referred them to someone else. Thank you for making my move stress free! read more

Trend Moving did a FANTASTIC job moving us from our single-family home into our new condo. They provided a fair estimate and helpful advice prior to the move, and listened carefully to our needs. On moving day, the crew of movers worked incredibly efficiently to empty the entire contents of our house into trucks and help set us up in our new home. They were personable, polite, and careful with all of our belongings. After the move, the owner of the company called to check in about our experience. We cannot speak highly enough of Trend - they did a great job. We'd definitely recommend this company! read more
