If you're looking for a company that provides top-notch customer service, then look no further. From the moment I called to schedule a pick-up, I was impressed with their level of professionalism and attention to detail. The representative who answered my call was friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to listen to my needs and answer any questions I had about the process. On the day of the pick-up, the team ( Brooke and Bryon) arrived right on time and were dressed in clean and professional attire. They introduced themselves and went over the details of the job before getting started. Throughout the process, they were respectful of my home and belongings, and made sure to clean up after themselves. I truly appreciate Brooke and Bryon assistance as my hubby and I transitioned off of the island back to the mainland. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the customer service we received from Bryon and Brooke. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of junk removal services. read more

Nui and Jacey (sorry idk the spelling) finished in less than 2 hours and were very helpful and funny! Highly recommend the company and Jacey and Nui even more!! It was a little more pricey (1k) but worth it and they were even able to donate a lot of items, which makes it more worth it in my opinion! read more

These guys were nice and could adapt to a difficult door way while removing my couch. Honestly, the removal was a bit pricey though. It cost 380 to remove a couch but the service was top notch. If you need something removed in timely manner and you have the resources it's worth it. read more

They are not transparent on purpose. Their rates are high and you can't get a quote until they show up. It was too late for me to find another company or I would have... don't trust a company that won't give you pricing ahead of time! Do not use this company!!!! Cost me 470.00 to move a chaise sofa and a small flat screen tv.. only took them about 20 minutes!! Rip off!!! .... I will say the men moving it were very kind and understanding read more

I was very skeptical about a crew coming out and removing junk from my home because I do a lot of the work around my home, but I'm glad I made the right decision I put in a quote request at pm on a Sunday night and Monday morning at 9 am a crew was waiting in front of my house ready to give a free estimate and get started, highly recommend for any type of junk you have and great customer service from both troy and Liam you guys are awesome read more

Tyler and Lorenzo we're excellent. Will use again if we need junk removed. They were fast and efficient.

This was so very easy from the phone call to find out more info, to the booking to the actual pick up that literally took place within 2 hours of my initial phone call. Andres called to confirm the booking and came within an hour. He handled all the loading and we were all done in 20 minutes. Would definitely recommend this service. We tried to drop all our donations at goodwill and they claimed to be too "full." We also had a mattress that no one would accept so I was pleasantly surprised that 1-800-got junk picks up everything not just "junk" and they donate and reuse and recycle everything they can! Very sustainable. Andres was awesome. This service made my daughters move from college in Hawaii back home to the mainland so easy and uncomplicated. read more

Easy scheduling with after hours call center answering my call at 9p. Delivery the next day at 10a!on time, professional, excellent communication with call prior to arrival, they knew exactly where to come and I didn't have to give them instructions. We called 1-800-GOT -JUNK and they literally took it all away. Quick response, reasonable and friendly service! After purging for months the pile was unbearably ugly to look at in our garage, not to mention a huge delivery of flooring was going to occupy that space in a couple of days. The lines at the dump were long (especially weeks leading up to the New Year and weeks after), not to mention being physically unable to load our truck up to make that dump. What does one do?? Call GOT JUNK! Not only did they respond to my call the same day, they showed up when they said they would, gave us an honest quote AND hauled it all away the same day!!! Amazing!! Definitely would use them again!! 1/2022 read more

The manager and the team members were very polite, very professional. I don't like that there isn't a price given until the team shows up on site. It definitely makes a HUGE difference. We were not going to proceed with their service, however, the manager was willing to negotiate the price for the service and the job got done. read more
