We called for an estimate on a Monday morning thinking of having a pick-up on a Tuesday. I got call back within minutes. While talking to the dispatch/back office I inquired on the possibility of scheduling for the same day afternoon. It was 11:45. They were able to fit us in for a 12-2pm window. Before 12pm I got a friendly call from Austin saying they were downtown and would be at our place in 20-25 minutes. Austin called again 20 min later and Schawnee and Austin meticulously reviewed our items and gave us a reasonable quote. They loaded up and were done within 1 hour and 10 minutes. They were enthusiastic, strong and capable and we traded stories about our shared family interests and hobbies. They made getting rid of junk fun! MAHALO read more

Best junk company out there!!! Andres was AMAZING! We had a last minute appointment and he made the time to squeeze one last truck in! He was by himself and fit everything in wasting no space in the large truck! Even though he was alone he still got everything in under an hour! He was super friendly and answered any questions we had! It was a huge relief getting everything out of the garage and knowing it wasn't going to the landfill! We were told some gets donated and the rest gets sent to a a company that recycles it back into energy! If you're thinking about getting a 1-800-GOT-JUNK....just do it! You won't regret! read more
