HK Roasted (盈暉燒味至尊) is the Chinese barbecue food stall at Food Opera in Grand Century Place. If you are looking for a meal with Chinese barbecue meats, you will find it here. Items like char siu, roast duck and even roast goose.
Roast goose is a delicacy that I have only found in Hong Kong. Everywhere else seems to only have roast duck for some reason. I have had it once before and I would describe as a even richer version of the meat found in roast duck.
They have a couple meal sets here which is what went for. Chose the B afternoon set which does not offer roast goose as an option. I wouldn't expect them too anyway since the meal was only a little over $4 USD.
Basically, the set includes a soup and your choice of two meats with a choice of noodles or rice. I went with the roast duck and char siu with rice noodles which are of the thin chow funn variety.
It was alright for a food court meal. Not a whole lot of meat, just enough for a light mid-day snack. Price is very reasonable for what you get. Dining ambiance here is great. Much nicer than the food courts you find in the US. And it was not too crowded so I was able to find a space to eat near the stall very easily.
