Maxim's Jade Garden wasn't terrible, but not as great as many people make this place out to be. Sure, you can see famous people. And you can people watch, too, but that's weird. It's overpriced dim-sum and if you have a flight that's not in the morning and you're craving dim sim, I would just suggest getting your dim sum fix while you're still in Hong Kong.
