The honey-glazed char siu was my favorite, beautifully caramelized on the outside with slightly charred edges, while the pork was tender and juicy. Definitely one of the dishes I'd order again. The har gow had plump shrimp inside thin, delicate wrappers, while the siu mai were generously filled and really satisfying. The xiao long bao had soft wrappers with that little burst of soup inside, and the bean curd skin rolls were silky and soaked up the savory sauce nicely. We also had the beef with silky scrambled egg and rice noodles, which was rich and comforting, with the soft egg almost becoming a sauce for the beef and noodles. The fried rice was darker and more intensely seasoned than the usual Cantonese fried rice, with bits of meat, egg and vegetables throughout. Even the stir-fried Chinese greens were done well, garlicky, fresh and still crisp. We ended with the pork buns, warm and fluffy inside with that sweet, crumbly golden crust on top. Service was attentive The restaurant is large and quite traditional, and it was packed during lunch with lots of local families. Thinking about it is making my mouth water. Service was very attentive and gracious and most importantly the music was perfect. Admittedly probably my taste but more important than that, at least last Friday, was that it wasn't too loud and overpowering. The banana blossoms added that earthiness. Thai dry yellow curry of minced impossible meat with lemongrass was a hit. You could wrap that up in the lettuce cups they served, but I happily ate it without it (because coronavirus and I preferred not to use my hands). Saag burrata - the palak paneer or saag paneer, with burrata instead of paneer was very well executed. Pad thai tasted good, but could've been saucier, if I may. The red curry with pumpkin, tofu, long beans and okra hit the spot on taste and creaminess. The moong dal palak tadka - Indian lentils, while good weren't as great as I can prepare at home. (Yeah, modesty goes for a toss :p) The nasi goreng is hard to mess up and was decent. The only disappointment on the food was stir-fried okra. It didn't taste or look stir-fried and was very raw. If it were just the hubster and I, I would've probably have it re-done.  The drinks were refreshing and tasted well. I had one Hot Mama -gin, ginger, chili and homemade ginger beer with dried citrus fruit. Love the moko mall, it has so many options for shopping, and restaurants. Always love their soup dumplings. Tried their dinner combo, comes with 2 drinks, appetizer, 2 dishes.
