The Ritz-Carlton is part of the building that forms the tallest building in Hong Kong. The view is certainly amazing. It actually gave me a new perspective of HK, as someone who's lived here before, with all the shipping and ferry transport action that I saw. I wasn't hungry at all, so I simply went with a cheese platter and a milk tea with boba. It was okay, there was a wide selection variety of cheese, and the milk tea taste was strong. Not the best I've had, but you're paying more for the view here than the food. Service was good here. As long as you get a window seat, you'll get your value out of coming here. I probably wouldn't do it if I wasn't able to get a window seat.

First off, it is a bit hard to find if you don't look closely, so I supplied a picture of what the entrance looks like. The Corridor itself is cool, and once you enter its a quaint little shop, maybe 7 tables. It is not a bright store, maybe a bit more divey ambiance. As you've seen other posts, there is a great "No Wifi" picture, suggesting we talk to the people we came with and for that I'm adding a .5 star :) We all need to be reminded to enjoy the moment more, not necessarily your gadgets. They do serve food, but we only had coffee. They definitely know their coffee drinks and give suggestions if you ask. Both drinks were good, however, not hot and maybe just above warm? Maybe it was meant to be that way? I'm not sure because the employees don't really follow up to make sure you are satisfied and seem a bit coffee snobby. I'll confess though our specialty drinks were firsts, nowhere have I had/seen them before so maybe they are not meant to be "hot." Seem to be alot of tourists or expats coming in here. There are 4-5 other coffee shops that receive alot of notoriety along with Cafe Corridor. Am I happy I came, saw, tasted? Yes. Will I go out of my way to come back? No.

Within around 10 mins, I received my duck salad. I have only had duck 1 time before many years ago and I was the glad to have it again. The spice and texture were excellent, and the dressing complimented very well with the salad dressing. Another 10 minutes later, the salmon finally came out. Steaming and looking delicious on my plate, I took my first bite. All of the anticipation, and walking before was definitely worth it. I scarfed this down within seconds.
