Efficiency, freshly steamed and cheap. Most dim sums here are cooked on that day and during peak hour, though lines can be quite long, it still does not take too much time for you to get your order. For me, I love the Pork and Quail's Egg dumplings because I do not see that that often else where and they are insanely cheap! If dim sum does not fill you up, I am sure the buns can.
