If you ever take a trip around Hong Kong, yoshinoya is one of those restaurants that can't be missed. With the neon orange signage and big white lettering, there seems to be a location every few streets.
Serving mainly Japanese beef bowls, yoshinoya has quickly become one of my go-to comfort foods here in HK. When you finish work late or need a quick bite to eat, there's nothing like grabbing a big bowl of beef on top of rice. Add a soft egg and a cold lemon tea, and I could eat here every week :)
The beef bowls are a must, as the thinly sliced beef is really tender and flavorful. Their personal hot pots are also quite delicious and very satisfying. Although it is fast food, for the price and taste, it really can't be beat! read more
