I already knew what I wanted, but still took some time to look through their extensive cafe menus. I ordered their beef shabu shabu pot with tomato broth. Surprisingly, the shabu shabu was pretty good. By the time I was finished, I was completed stuffed and satisfied. FYI, if you want water, they sell still bottled water for $16 HKD.

Everything was delicious! This ended up being a lot of food for just me, but they had lids (they don't stick, you have to hold it in place and carry by hand). If it wasn't such a big and expensive journey to get here, I would've made one more visit during my stay in Hong Kong. I'm currently sitting at my gate for Bangkok and wondering where I can find Soya like that. The deli counter has so many options and there is plenty of outdoor seating. The quality of the food was also amazing and it all tasted freshly made. The radish cake, the assortment of wheat gluten and the spring rolls were very good. The desserts and drink were OK. Definitely not miss when you are on Ngong Ping/Lantau Island for vegan food.
