After receiving 3 quotes I went with Brandon because: 1 - his camera system required no monthly fees (the others were $10+ monthly) 2 - his camera system comes with a 2 year warranty (the other 2 did not) 3 - his camera system was WIRED (the other 2 companies wanted to install wireless and add solar paneling for power and boosters for the WiFi and these modifications meant more $$$$) 4 - Fast response and very communicative So those were the reasons I picked him. But now - AFTER having the service I am happier with this system than I thought I could or would be with a camera system. I have custom zones that identify people in my privacy areas. My first experience was ordering a pizza on the day my camera system was installed. I knew the pizza guy was here before he rang my doorbell! Now that's what a camera system is supposed to do! Excellent job Brandon!! I forgot to mention he also got motion lights installed all around my home. Glad I made the right choice with Bright Guys!

I recently moved into a house with security cameras installed. The previous seller left Brandon's…read morebusiness card saying if I needed help setting up the cameras, this is the guy to call. I called Brandon not quite sure what to expect cost wise to set up the cameras, whether there would be a monthly cost, etc. Once I contacted Brandon, he was out to the house immediately. He was very thorough, explained the system to me and explained there is no monthly subscription fee as the system I have records to a DVR. He helped set up the app on both mine and my wife's cell phone and walked us through how to snip videos and put them on a USB. At this point, I was very satisfied with Brandon's response and professionalism while at the house, and the price was extremely fair as well. A couple of days after the system was set up I began to have an issue viewing the cameras. I contacted Brandon once again and he walked me through the steps to diagnose the issue over the phone. Turns out the hard drive went bad, so he told me which one to order on Amazon. It came in, and being busy with the move I wasn't able to contact him again to install it until 9:30PM on a Sunday night. Amazingly, he called right away and walked me entirely through the setup of the new hard drive. Again, at 9:30PM on a SUNDAY night, Brandon called me back right away after contacting him and walked me through all steps necessary and didn't even charge me. Brandon is very responsive to customer needs and goes out of his way to make sure everything is correct. I will never use anyone again for home security install and I recommend you don't either. Brandon truly cares about his clients and his level of customer service is second to none. Wish I could give more than 5 Stars.

No organization at all, my company computers & emails were hacked more than once including QuickBooks under their watch. When I finally discontinued using them the owner of this company maliciously got into or server remotely and pulled MS licenses and totally crippled my business operations. Black screens on every computer and our network was disabled. He refused to contact us and give us our passwords to rebuild the network. He incorrectly double billed us for MS licenses and we paid him thousands for the same equipment twice. It has cost me thousands of dollars to repair and restructure my office computers and network they intentionally destroyed. We have taken this to the authorities. This company is a total train wreck and the owner is the most unprofessional cowardly individual I have ever worked with.

DW Surveillance Solutions was hands down the best contractor I've hired on Thumbtack so far!…read moreFrom the moment they arrived, I was impressed by how friendly, knowledgeable, and professional they were. I felt so confident in their work that I had them quote a second job for my elderly mother -- and they were able to do it the same day! Unlike larger companies that send out generic, automated quotes, DW Surveillance took the time to visit my home in person, assess the layout, and have a real conversation with me about what I needed. It was refreshing to deal with real people instead of a bot. When you're having security cameras installed, trust is everything -- and I felt completely at ease with them. They went above and beyond, even climbing into my attic and discovering a bug infestation I had no idea about. As a widow who's not comfortable getting up there myself, they kindly took care of it with some spray I had on hand. That kind of thoughtfulness and care is rare these days. Throughout the entire installation, I felt comfortable -- which isn't always the case with strangers in your home. Honestly, if I'd had groceries on hand, I probably would've made them lunch! That's how great the experience was. Their pricing was in line with other quotes I received, but the service was far superior. I love supporting small, up-and-coming businesses like this because they truly care about their work and their customers. They even told me not to hesitate to reach out if I had any questions about the Ring app or adjusting the zones they set up for me. Amazing service, fantastic team, and just genuinely good people. Highly recommended -- FIVE STARS!

I had quoted 6 different companies in DFW, but these guys were both the most affordable and most knowledgeable. Their programmer care after the install was done and spent a day with me programming everything I wanted. For example, when we get home at night and click the gate button in our car, we now have all the back porch lights and indoor mud room lights turn on to improve safety and comfort. Our blinds are programmed through Control4 as well now and will adjust automatically through the day and evening. We also integrated Alexa so we can do voice commands through the home. Couldn't be happier. Thanks Erasmo and team! 6 months later, and no regrets!
