I had three bids for termite damage. My son ran the names through computer and Zwaag was on top. The three men that came out to bid were very respectful. Two of the three went up into the attic, Zwaag did not. The two companies recommended spot treatment. Zwaag left the decision to me. When I called to ask if the company could lower the price they said the person who came out would call me to discuss this. I waited, but no telephone call was forthcoming. I called the company and they discounted a small amount. The person they had performing the service was excellent. We were told we could return after 2.5 days at noon. We checked out of our hotel and arrived to find the house still tented. They had not notified me, and I had a virtual meeting scheduled for noon. I had the house tented and fumigated, to make sure we got everything, and they injected stuff under the back door cement to get the subterranean termites there. Afterwards, they rebuilt my front steps and part of my porch, which had been attacked by termites and dry rot, and patched a couple of spots on my back door frame. They are holding up well.
