Reception is friendly and helpful. Had someone out to me the same week. Really like that my inspector, Alex, kept the discussion to a minimum in front of my overly involved tentant. He assured me no repairs needed and I can wait for renting. I'll call them again in a year. Price is right! Highly recommended. read more

I had three bids for termite damage. My son ran the names through computer and Zwaag was on top. The three men that came out to bid were very respectful. Two of the three went up into the attic, Zwaag did not. The two companies recommended spot treatment. Zwaag left the decision to me. When I called to ask if the company could lower the price they said the person who came out would call me to discuss this. I waited, but no telephone call was forthcoming. I called the company and they discounted a small amount. The person they had performing the service was excellent. If the company says a person will call but they don't, it says to me that company doesn't need the top spot. read more

They did a very thorough inspection and then came and did a very good job on the repairs we needed. Thank You The O'Brien's in Camarillo read more

Highly recommend! Scheduling my inspection was a breeze, I was able to get an appointment right away and they showed up right on time. The inspector was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and was able to answer all of my questions. Will definitely use them again! read more

Termites and/or dry rot are no fun. But Zwaag made it as least unpleasant as possible. Alex and David in the field were excellent. and Heather and Carrie in the office were great too. This company has their stuff together! read more

We contacted Zwaag to perform a termite inspection and also used them to handle the repairs needed that were called out in the inspection report. They were quick to come out both times, on-time, easy to schedule, and communicated the whole process clearly. Their services were reasonably priced and well done. Invoices and reports are prompt and easy to follow. Great experience. read more

This company was recommended to me by my realtor when I was selling my parents' home. Their inspection revealed some termite issues but mostly concerns with wood rot and fungus. They provided a very reasonable estimate to make all repairs. I was a little leery about using a termite company for major construction repairs, but they are a licensed GC and I went ahead and hired them. The construction crew was fantastic, they worked their butts off, knew exactly what they were doing and got the job completed in way less time than I expected. They were also very accommodating to get the job done quickly since we were trying to make our closing date. From the owner Steve, to the construction crew, to the office staff, this is an excellent company to work with and I highly recommend them and would use them again. read more

Jose came and replaced a termite infested door on Saturday, and other wooden areas around the outside of the house that were infested. He was very professional and price was also reasonable. They completed everything in a timely manner too. Highly recommend him if you have any termite issues in your home. He checked the attic as well as all other areas of the home for termites. read more

They came out for the initial inspection. Inspector showed up as promised and was through around main house and garage. Afterward explained everything that he captured in his report. After accepting the quote, work was schedule. Workers came ontime and professionalism was outstanding all areas were addressed and no surprise. the workmanship was stellar. I would not hesitate to recommend or use them again. read more

Alex came out to do an inspection as part of my pre-closing inspections for buying a new home, and he was GREAT. Went above and beyond, searching every nook and cranny, going on the roof, even going on the attached neighbor's roof (with permission :) to view every angle. He also was extremely knowledgeable about all sorts of issues he noticed while inspecting (loose shingles, leaky toilet that caused some water damage). Truly an expert eye. My realtor and I were extremely impressed and felt in excellent hands with Alex. He only found very minor issues, and patiently explained various options for dealing with it in the most minimally invasive and cost-effective way. Excellent all-around. read more

I highly recommend Zwaag Termite Control. They were recommended by the realtor that helped us to find and purchase our home here in Woodland Hills. It was easy to get an appointment, and Alex, the tech showed up right on time. Alex is very knowledgeable , professional, and answered all my questions. Alex thoroughly checked the entire property and gave me peace of mind on the plan moving forward on how to handle the one colony we found. I believe they are a very fair and honest company. What more do you want from a termite company ! i will also add, had i known that they do tenting, I would have had these guys do the job instead of who we hired in 2017 read more

Zwaag ha take. Care of my house and my mother's house. My mother's neighbors were so impressed they hired them as well. The owner is kind, professional and thorough. read more

Zwaag was recommended to us by another real estate agent when we were purchasing a new home in a new area. They were friendly and professional from the beginning. We have had them out a couple times since the inspection and have been happy with their service. Bill comes out first to assess the situation. He is knowledgable and has a great sense of humor. I would definitely recommend Zwaag for your termite control. read more

I shopped a couple of companies and Zwaag easily offered the best price. I'm not an authority on this because it's the first time we have ever had our house tented. We were told we could return after 2.5 days at noon. We checked out of our hotel and arrived to find the house still tented. They had not notified me, and I had a virtual meeting scheduled for noon. I walked to park and used my mobile device (really needed the computer) and 90 minutes later I was admitted to our house, although the workers were still there for a little longer. They smashed my succulents. I recommended later that they inform customers if they use sanitary gloves inside the house, because they do open every cupboard (which I would have done had I known to). read more

My first time having my house fumigated for termites. Steve, the owner showed up on time for our appointment. He pointed out termite damage and wood rot . The people in the office were very helpful and explained the steps for getting ready for tenting . Bagging food and most things that aren't in original seals from companies. They helped get the gas turned off and on . It was an expensive treatment, but Zwaag had the lowest price. read more

Being a realtor, I have worked with many pest control companies. Zwaag impresses me time and time again. From their customer service, to the men in the field... They always go above and beyond! Today I had an exceptionally good experience with Alex. I & my clients (my clients who have been set on another pest company for years) were thoroughly impressed. They will now refer to Zwaag as well! Thank you Zwaag and Alex! read more

I highly recommend Bill Peterson and Zwaag Termite Control. During my many years of real estate experience I was exposed to many termite companies. It is difficult to determine the honest from the dishonest ones as you are at their mercy regarding their findings. I have seen two companies give conflicting reports for the same house within a week of each other. I found that having the right inspector was more important than the company they worked for. I recently had to track down Bill Peterson who has established himself over many years as an honest and reliable person to do business with. Bill is now working with Zwaag Termite Control. I was very pleased with his recent inspection and all my contacts with Zwaag have been very positive and professional. read more

Purchased a home in Oct-2021 and referred to Zwaag by our Realtor. Covid has made everything difficult to schedule, but Zwaag was able to work around the escrow dates and ensure that everything was completed on time. Was able to meet the crew when they put the tent on the house and when they removed the tent. Very professional and not surprising the Realtor would recommend them. If I needed another termite house tenting, Zwaag would be my first call. Very professional office staff also....super nice and responsive by phone and email. Thanks. -Ron M read more

Very helpful over the phone! Scheduled the inspection no problem and have been using Zwaag for many years.

Our gazebos had dry rot and the lattice was disintegrating and I didn't know what to do or who to call. A friend discovered we had termites in one of them. Next Door had 12 recommendations for Zwaag and 2 for others. Zwaag came out and set up a plan not only to fix the termite damage but the dry rot and the disintegrating lattice, too. I am so grateful. They were here a week and were friendly, helpful, and cleaned up when they left. They did an excellent job. I will definitely use them in the future. read more

These are some of the nicest people, from Steve who did the assessment to Anna and Brittany in the office. I feel like I've known them forever. if I marry again, they are all coming to the wedding (unlikely, but you get the idea). My brother in law used them as well and told me they did a great job. I called him to tell him my friend used them and he said that he was just going to call me and give me their name. No, I'm not related. They just do termites, so they aren't out to get your bug business. Nice to know honest business people! read more

Several of my buyers and sellers have chosen Zwaag for their pest inspections. We have always been more than pleased with their professionalism, fair pricing and quality of work. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a pest/termite company. read more

Good work by Zwaag on my house in Woodland Hills. I knew I had a problem from previous inspections; Zwaag came out to verify, and found a little more. I had the house tented and fumigated, to make sure we got everything, and they injected stuff under the back door cement to get the subterranean termites there. The price seemed OK, though I did not shop around. Afterwards, they rebuilt my front steps and part of my porch, which had been attacked by termites and dry rot, and patched a couple of spots on my back door frame. They are holding up well. (I had another company repaint the steps.) Communication was easy, good, and thorough. Their work was timely and on-schedule. read more

When things go right, that's one thing. But when things go sideways, that's something else entirely, and company culture starts at the top. If you're looking for a termite inspection company you won't regret hiring down the line should something go awry, you may want to shop around. For your sake and theirs, give your business to an inspection company that cares about their customers even after they've cashed your check. read more

I had used Zwagg in the past but had misplaced their name and number and could not recall the name of the company It is because of my wonderful realtor (Dore (Jeff and Baker)) that I found them again. I had Terminix inspect my home, they didn't find anything wrong - but after the horrible experience I had with their Ventura branch - I decided I had better get a second opinion. I asked for a recommendation for a pest control firm from a real estate broker in Simi - he recommended Zwaag. The Zwaag tech showed me several obvious places where there is quite a bit of damage. I am so glad I found Zwaag, very knowledgeable professional company! 5 Stars read more

After multiple failed attempts with big companies like Terminix, Orkin, and Ecola for fumigation services, I checked out going local and contacted Zwagg. I could not have been better taken care of. Major props to Anna and Nicki in the office, they were fantastic! Jon arrived when he was scheduled for the inspection. He was thorough, informative, and wonderfully personable. The tenting went off without a hitch. Now I recommend Zwaag to everyone I come across that is having to deal with termites. read more

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Zwaag is the only reason I will be able to move into my new house this weekend. They moved heaven and Earth to get their inspector to my new house and get the fumigation done so my escrow could close on time, unlike the company that the seller wanted to use that would have had me homeless for over a week. Thank you Nikki for making this happen, and thank you Zwaag! I owe you a batch of chocollate chip cookies! read more
