When you walk in, you give them your name and they let you know approximately how long the wait will be while they help the customers already there. I had several questions about the different shoe models, and she was able to explain the differences and help me choose the right shoe for me. Having someone knowledgeable there made the decision so much easier. The entire experience took maybe 15 minutes, and I was back out the door and on my way to my next errand. Great customer service, knowledgeable staff, and a quick and painless shopping experience!

I stopped in today to get our son a new pair of basic sneakers and we'd found the selection at Sports Authority lacking. We were greeted warmly and promptly, but I found the older gal (an 'associate manager') a little overbearing. I mean, I'm in here with a teen girl and a nine year old, in the kids' section. Not likely we're gonna shoplift, lady. The selection of boys' casual shoes and athletic shoes is huge here! Sizes were well-stocked, too. We found several styles the boy liked all in the budget we'd set, plus I had a 15% off coupon, which cut the price even more! Stil, it's off putting to be standing in line to check out and have Momma Associate Manager in my face pushing me to buy socks just because they're buy one, get be free. Or, listen to her pressure the gal ahead of us in line to buy water proofer...when she bought canvas shoes?!?! Love the store, will stop in again, but just tune out the sales pitch!

We looked Saturday for a psir of shoes at Colorado Mills and nothing really jumped out at him and as usual we recieved mediocre service at the places he did try on shoes. So I told him lets wait ans we'll take him to Flatirons mall were there are a couple more shoe stores than the Mills. So we hit Finish line first, decent service but nothing jumped out, headed towards Champs and came across Shoe Palace so I said , lets see what they have. He found a pair he liked, we asked for his size and were quickly brought a pair. We asked for 2 sizes and when I asked why we were only brought 1 the associate replied so he knew which direction to go for a better fit. So I liked that. Points! Well the shoe was a good fit so we didnt need another pair. Another thing I liked was the manager, (im assuming she was the manager) was giving direction to her co worker's. Like greet the door etc. The other nice touch I liked was when she handed me the bag she came from around the counter and thanked me which was a nice touch. So this place has a ni c e selection of shoes and some apparel and I appreciated the customer service.

My 6 yr old daughter also loves to join because of the jewelry chest she gets to play with and take home a necklace. When I consigned, they didn't take everything. And I am SO OK with that because that means the racks aren't stuffed with meh selections and they actually curate their offerings. But make an appointment--it's required and they book out! That is a very standard practice for any consignment store that doesn't just take all clothes as donations. When I shop, I always appreciate the fair pricing and selection. Work out clothes, cute tops, event dresses, jeans, bags, jewelry... I've gotten it all! I'm 39 and feel the selection hits my trendy/conservative style & demographic well. Unacceptable Treatment Toward My Husband…read more I am writing this review on behalf of my husband, who was treated extremely poorly by an employee named Patrick. When the register kept giving an error, my husband suggested moving to another machine. Instead of considering that the register might be malfunctioning, Patrick insisted the issue was my husband's card and spoke to him in a dismissive, unhelpful manner. A short time later, another customer experienced the exact same problem on that same register -- clearly showing the machine was the issue, not my husband's card. To prove it even further, another employee stepped in and rang him up on a different register, and the card went through instantly with no issues at all. There was absolutely no excuse for the way Patrick treated my husband or for refusing to simply try another register. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable and needs to be addressed.
