It was worth every penny we paid for the shoes and they still were discounted 10%! The second visit was at the request of the same daughter for accessories. Since we were in the area on a Friday evening we drove by to see if the store was still open. It was 5:55 PM. The sign outside said they closed at 5 but Kristen's mom was still inside helping a customer. We poked our heads in to ask if they were still open - the answer "technically no but come on in." She finished w/ the other customer and took the time to fit my second daughter for new ballet slippers while number one chose her accessories. Despite the fact that we offered to return on Saturday she was willing to help us and stay as long as necessary. I am a confirmed internet shopper but Attitude is worth the drive across town for their service. A great place.

These automated registers are unattractive and put good people out of work. Really hate that some places are going in that direction. So now instead of me assuming I was going to pay $45, now I would have to pay $60 (total rip-off just cause of a smokey eye if you ask me). And what exactly does everyday makeup mean? None of this is specified on the website and the options are just weird so I do feel it is a way to rip people off. Another complaint I had, was I had a coupon I could use towards a skincare service. Again, when you go to book a makeup appointment online it IS under skincare so I thought I was able to use it. She tells me after my makeup is done that I can't use it towards a formal makeup application and it was more for facials, etc. So if you aren't going to accept a coupon that states it can be used for skincare, maybe take away makeup applications from the skincare section online? The disorganization is a sign to bring my business elsewhere. The reply from the business is focused on just a cancellation, they did not take accountability or grasp the principle.
