I have been redecorating some rooms, and have visited this Goodwill and others in the area recently. In comparison, it is always clean and well-organized. The employees are always pleasant, but I wanted to give special recognition to Anthony. In talking to an employee, I mentioned that the displays were always so well done. I was able to speak with Anthony, whom I found out does a lot of the displays, in addition to all his other duties. He is always so kind and helpful, and what a truly great eye he has for design, what a great asset to your team. read more

This Goodwill location had the shelves stocked up to the max. It was clean and very organized, and the staff were continuously working throughout the aisles to keep it that way. They have a large range of sizes for their clothing. Their store also spanned from summer (bathing suits, shorts and t-shirts) to winter essentials (jackets, hats and gloves), toys and home necessities and decor, and other trinkets. It was fun to explore and you could find some great items for affordable pricing. read more

I've been in a lot of Goodwill stores - from Florida to Wisconsin. This was in the top 25% for cleanliness. The clerks were friendly. However, it is by far the most expensive Goodwill I've ever been in. I guess it is the area, though the brands are nothing that I don't see anywhere else. Be careful - there are fakes offered for sale here. For example, they wanted $20 for a fake Lacoste shirt. Pros: - Clean store - Friendly cashier - Reasonably well organized Cons: - Silly expensive Bottom line: If you live in the area, it's a nice store to shop in. But, it is not going to offer a lot of great deals. read more

It is very clean and prices are good. The staff works REALLY REALLY hard here. I was a bit in awe of just how hard. It was amazing to see. Service is great, it is very spacious and there are plenty of items around including clothing. If you are in the area and have not checked out this Goodwill you should. It is one of the nicest ones I've ever been in. read more

The staff are really great and store is clean and mostly neat unless a customer makes a mess. I am not happy with the prices on some items. Since when did the GAP become designer merchandise? you can buy it new for the same price when they have a sale. Also, they need to not mark everything with a brand name designer as some items are older and not worth the more current style. I am not talking about vintage, these are pieces that are about 10 years old. read more

My favorite location in the area! I've been shopping since before they moved locations and got the upgraded look. Loved it then, love it more now. Like all goodwills, this store can be hit or miss with its selection (depending on what kind of items you're looking for) and it's about half the size of Savers in Orange, however, I can always count on the workers to be friendly, helpful and generally in a good mood... which is impressive after what a shit year we've all had. Some of my favorite finds here have been Vintage Bongo Jeans, Jordan 5's, chunky sweaters, bedsheets, funny tee shirts, great books and movies. Whenever I go in, I buy about 5 pounds worth of stuff and spend a couple hours so I'd expect to be considered an annoying customer but am always treated politely and given a warm welcome back the following visit! One of the best Goodwills we have seen. Clean, neat, staff is helpful and its a giant and new store for a Goodwill. EZ parking, EZ access, staff smiles, and products are well organized. The only weird thing it that they still have the pandemic glass panels in front of the cashiers. Pricing is overall fair, but some of the art can be $30? Goodwill is a great charity which takes in donations from the local community, and sells them back to the needy at low prices. They then use the profit to offer jobs at their stores to the marginalized who need work experience and training. The Monroe store is one of the smaller stores in the area, but still of decent size. They have an especially good collection of clothes and glassware, but have a small collection of toys, luggage, electronics, and furniture as well. The Bridgeport and Milford stores tend to have better overall collections, since they have a much larger clientele and more regular foot traffic, but Monroe always has a few gems. But if you are donating, Monroe is easily the best site in the area. There is a long, roomy drive-up area, a helpful and friendly staff, and a system which moves thru cars very quickly. read more

I have bought Jones New York women's suits, all types of household items (most still in their original boxes and never used). I purchased a teak fruit bowl here made from a single piece of teak about five years ago - I still get compliments on it . That bowl goes for $150.00 retail, my price was a negotiated $5.00. read more

This store started out strong but went downhill quickly . The store is a mess, you can not find anything if it comes in more then one part. Also the prices are now very expensive. When the store opened they were expensive, then they settled down a bit , but today they were outrages. $5.00 for a child's painted squirrel. So I took a poll. I asked a number of people what they would pay for this squirrel and most said $1.00 only one person said no more then $2.00. Again they had it listed for $5.00... I travel all over too various goodwill Stores and this one is the closet to my home, so I really hope they see this message and clean their store up . I will not be going back for a while. read more

Typical Goodwill stuff. A lot neater than most of their other stores. Most of the aisles are wide enough that you don't have to step over or around people to get through. Also doesn't smell as musty as some of the other stores. read more

The grassy area in the parking lot has a lot of garbage that needs to be picked up. Plastic bags ,cans, bottles, the list goes on. Doesn't look anyone has picked it up for a while. Not a good way to run a business. read more
