I definitely will come back to this business for my future luggage needs.

She decided to remove the price tag from a completely different blouse and replace the price tag on the blouse I had selected, claiming it was incorrectly priced. This wasn't just about the money--it was about the complete disrespect for the time and effort I spent searching for a good deal. As customers, we shop your store because your advertisements encourage us to look for great bargains. Changing the price tag at the register after a customer has already made their selection is misleading, unprofessional, and creates a very disappointing shopping experience. I expected much better customer service and integrity from your staff.

Every time I go to the Great Mall, I stop by to see what else I could add to my Voyageur, black with gold hardware collection. Although I don't buy something each time I visit I have always been treated well. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Throughout the years I have bought many things, my most favorite purchase was a black wallet that I couldn't find anymore in the non outlet retail or online stores. I thought I was no longer going to be able to find it when one day I stopped by and it was right there in the front display....and much cheaper than normal!!! Yay!!! I am most excited that they now have an engraving machine in the store. I used to have to go to the Santana Row location to have my tags engraved but it could all be done here. This store is worth a stop.

She handled the passport renewal, took her photo, and told us she'd notify us when everything was ready. I picked up the passport when told it was ready, but Julie wasn't there. Another staff member handed it to me after making a copy, and we trusted that everything was complete. Jenny didn't find out until she was at the airport for a red‑eye flight that the visa was never placed in her passport. She was nearly denied boarding and had to apply for an emergency visa on the spot. It was incredibly stressful and cost us extra money due to their error. When she called Julie afterward, LL Travel refused to reimburse her and claimed they tried to contact her. We were never notified ahead of time that the visa was missing or needed to be picked up separately. Mistakes happen--but refusing to take responsibility is unacceptable. This was careless handling of important travel documents, and their response showed a lack of accountability. I would not trust LL Travel again. Proceed with caution.

This location has a lot of merchandise, organized and friendly staffs . They have 2-3 cashiers but the line moved slow because of many customers and the popularity . Now it is closer to Mother's Day and they have some pretty cotton tote bags for $15 and some perfume for $35 . A section with many Kate spade purses are on sale for 75 % off . I like to come early on the weekday morning so that I don't have to wait for a fitting room . All the merchandises are restore nicely in the morning. Enjoy my shopping at this Norstrom rack. Yes, the lines could be long and the staffing was sparse, but that's retail shopping these days, especially at a discount operation. It shares a huge lot with some popular eateries so it may be challenging to get a spot but if you're willing to walk a bit, check the backside of the mall and you may find some good shaded spots under some trees. This shop is huge and has plenty of new and old inventory ready to be sold at discounted prices. There's a lot to go through but if there's something specific, check out the section of the store that best fits that item. They have clothing, furniture, jewelry, electronics, bathroom essentials, kitchenware, as well as goodies for children and pets. I came here specifically in search of an espresso machine - I've been hoping to find something for a long time now. After perusing the other departments, I headed toward the registers and found what I was looking for! $150 off the list price was quite a bargain in my opinion and was exactly what I was looking for. The high end appliances and items seem to be locked up with magnetic anti-theft devices and this machine was no exception. Happy with my find, I headed through the snaking line toward the registers, which are abundant and managed by staff at the ready to complete the transaction. The staff were friendly, efficient, and not at all too pushy with selling their promotional store credit card which would have yielded more savings on this purchase. The transaction was quick and seamless. With the purchase also refundable, it made it just that much more reassuring to have shopped here. Overall, HomeGoods/TJ Maxx is quite a staple as a bargain store for many communities and this one is no different. The items for purchase is abundant, in good quality, and unique for those looking for some additional accent to add to their living space. Most of the staff are found near the registers with a few occasionally walking through the corridors to restock or organize a bit. It's comfortable shopping here with well ventilated air and sectioned off departments for more intentional buying. They also have a bathroom for patrons to use. For those also looking for home appliances like me, this is a great place to start - one of the few reasons to still shop at brick and mortar shops!
